Today was my first throwing session back after another major hip surgery. My goal today was to focus on maintaining separation in my hips and arms, as well as to relearn my proper form. My average for throws was 92ft. It definitely hasn’t been an easy journey but definitely worth it. #recovery #2028 #studentathlete @bportthrows @buffalothrows @geneseothrows @uwwthrows @tbtfmilwaukee by @abby_vthrows
