15 years later. Wow.

It’s hard to put into words what dance has meant to me. It has been so much more than a sport, a hobby, or a moment on a stage. It has been a constant through every season of my life.

Dance taught me to feel deeply, work hard, and show up fully. It gave me confidence, discipline, friendships that became family, and memories I’ll carry forever.

When I look back, I don’t just think about the performances or competitions. I think about the people who stood beside me, the teachers / profs who believed in me, and the countless moments that shaped me into who I am today.

And while this chapter may be coming to a close, everything dance has given me will stay with me forever. Some things never really leave you, they become part of who you are.

Most of all, I’m grateful that through it all, I got to dance for an audience of One. My Lord & Savior.

So no, I don’t think this is a goodbye for good.
