Big news...and this one has been a long time coming! 😊

We're so excited to officially welcome Abby to The Remedy Instructor team!

If you know her, you already know she’s been leading, coaching, and helping people grow for years. Now she’s bringing that same energy and passion from the corporate world into the studio.

Abby shared the following:
"I've had a long fitness journey and lost a significant amount of weight, but what I gained was even better: Strength, Energy, Confidence, and appreciation for how powerful the mind and body are when they're working together.

I fell in love with the science behind longevity and ways to enable our bodies to live healthier lives. Somewhere along the way I decided it's time to share what I know and bring people along with me.

So I did what any reasonable person would do; I added fitness instructor and personal trainer to my resume! Fitness isn't always (or ever) easy, but it CAN be fun! You don't have to be perfect, you just have to show up and work hard. My goal is simple: to help people build strength, clear their minds, and walk out feeling stronger than when they walked in.

Outside of the studio, life is FULL. I'm a wife, busy mama (human and fur babies), and work full-time in IT Product Management."

We couldn’t be more excited to have her here!

You can catch Abby on the schedule starting 3/23 for SCULPT | 6:00-6:45am ✨ by @abbyjcushing

Gym is closed this week so had to get it done at home. It's hard to get motivated to work out when I'm at home. But this is where discipline kicks in. Months of consistency pays off when my comfy couch is oh so close and calling my name.
