What is the shape of your energy today?
•
The living clay wall is alive & evolving at @homeostasis382. Participants are asked to reflect on their energetic form through shaping clay and adding it to the growing library of deposits. Through the shifting of time and seasons, we are observing how pattern, design, color and arrangement accumulate to reveal our stories in a collective and interwoven exercise.

The living clay wall is one of several explorative group installations that are apart of my artist residency at @homeostasis382. Throughout the next couple of months, I will be in a penetrative study of Experimental Togetherness, hosting experiences that reveal our patterning & allow the raw practice of community. by @abbykamagate

First day in residency at @homeostasis382 was decadent + rich with:

•bringing beautification to the front yard fence line with bead tassels
•sitting in circle with @lianneredcay + @_freethemuse talking shop and stringing beads
•cackling & swapping story with @varseylaurelle
•giving @beautyasametaphor her verbal flowers on everything she is building 🌻
•sipping on a fresh tea pour, beads scattered on a blanket, brainstorming in the October sun
•a quick, invigorating pep talk with @moniquemccrystal + @dejacierston to kick off this new endeavor
•brining my son by afterschool so I could tie off some beadwork and tidy up the front yard
•living in many answered prayers, simultaneously by @abbykamagate
