Your words aren’t just noise… they’re instructions📝

Every complaint, every excuse, every “I can’t”—your subconscious takes it as truth and goes to work proving you right.

That’s why Scripture warns us in Proverbs 18:21:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”

So if you keep saying:
“I’m overwhelmed.”
“I’m bad at business.”
“My marriage is stuck.”

Guess what? Your subconscious just took that as a to-do list.

But here’s the good news—you can rewrite the script.

Start speaking:
“I’m equipped for this.”
“I’m growing in consistency.”
“I’m a woman of clarity and peace.”

Speak what you want to grow. Speak what aligns with God’s promises. Speak the life you’re building—because your subconscious is listening.

Tag someone who needs this reminder today—and save this for when you need to reframe your words.

Lately, I’ve been reprogramming the way I think about success.

I’ve always been someone who sets big goals, pushes hard, and looks toward the next milestone.

But lately I’ve been asking myself…

What if we’re so focused on where we’re going that we forget to appreciate where we are?

I’m realizing that success isn’t always about doing MORE.

Sometimes it’s having the discipline to do LESS.

To say no to distractions.
To protect our health, energy, and attention.
To be intentional about what we consume.
To build habits that make consistency easier.
And to make choices our future selves will thank us for.

Because the goal isn’t to spend our lives fighting for more discipline. It’s to use discipline long enough to create habits that support the life we actually want.

We can be grateful for where we are AND hungry for where we’re going.

Keep dreaming big. Just don’t get so busy building a life that you forget to enjoy living it. ⭐️

🚨 TWO SUSPECTS. ONE CRIME SCENE. ZERO REMORSE. 🐾

I walked downstairs yesterday and discovered an absolute MASSACRE. 💀🪶

Feathers EVERYWHERE.

Both suspects were caught at the scene with evidence STILL HANGING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS.

Neither would make eye contact.
Neither would answer questions.
And neither has shown an ounce of remorse.

I’m convinced one was the mastermind and the other was just along for the ride.

LeRoy is the Big Boz Shepherd and Gertie is the Boerboel…

I need your help settling this investigation… WHO STARTED IT?! 👀👇 Gertie or LeRoy!? by @abbyklife

🤩Affiliate marketers. Digital marketers. Creators.🤩

You know how to sell the product.
But have you looked closely at what you earn when you do? 👀

You’re filming the demos, editing the reels, answering the DMs, and building the trust that makes someone click “add to cart.”

If the return is a few cents on a shopping link, gifted products, or a fee that ends with the campaign, it’s worth reviewing your options.

From the beginning, I saw this as a serious business opportunity. I understood the potential of pairing products people use consistently with a model that rewards ongoing customer relationships.

Through sharing products I use and love, I can earn 40% or more on qualifying sales, depending on the compensation plan.

And my hybrid model gives me several ways to build.

Through my content, salons have picked up our shampoo line. Med spas have picked up our skincare line. Customers have returned to reorder. And I can also earn through supporting other women as they build their own product businesses.

That’s why I look beyond what one post pays. I look at the customer relationships and business it can help me build.

As a businesswoman, I pay attention to demand, too. Korean cosmetics exports reached $11.4 billion in 2025—up 11.8% from 2024! And it’s only Rising!!🔥

I love the skincare. I want the glow. And I’m intentional about monetizing the work I put into sharing it.

My passion is also paying it forward, helping women build toward goals that matter to them, whether that’s covering more family expenses or working toward a career change.

But if you already know how to create content and connect people with products, give your business model the same attention you give your next reel.

DM me “Make Money” for the products, commission structure, costs, and what building this actually involves.

You’re already thinking like a creator. Make sure you’re making decisions like a businesswoman, too. 🤍 by @abbyklife

Anyone else’s brain get louder the more you try to slow down? 🫠

On another note… so many of you messaged me asking how my skin still looked so glowy after a 16-hour travel day and showing up to the event. My little extra, alongside my skincare line? This collagen melting mask ✨

I don’t use it every day, but when I’m traveling, want an extra glow, or hit those days of the month when I’m feeling a little less vibrant… this is what I pull out.

Drop “Glow More” below if you want me to DM you the Mask! by @abbyklife

London, thank you. 🤍 One of my favorite parts of this trip was getting to bring some new material to life, a keynote and curriculum I’ve been working on for the past eight months.

It’s about our presence. Our magnetism. How we communicate and how quickly we can create a connection with another person.

We say so much before we ever say a word. Our body language, our eye contact, and the way we give someone our attention all communicate something. In those first moments, people are already asking themselves: Do I like you? Can I trust you?

As AI becomes a bigger part of our lives, I keep thinking about how much we need to develop the human part of us. I catch myself watching how easily our phones pull us away from a conversation. We can be right there with someone and still miss the opportunity to really connect.

I want us to get back to that. To learning how to be present, how to bring energy into a room, and how to make someone feel seen. That’s so much of what charisma and magnetism mean to me.

Because at the end of the day, the culture we create and the sense of belonging people feel help them bring their greatest work forward.

So grateful for the opportunity to share something I’ve poured so much into and for the people in London who made it so meaningful. by @abbyklife

My favourite London eats 🇬🇧🍴

A few delicious moments from London…

🍳 Farm Girl in Notting Hill — can we talk about how ORANGE those eggs were?! Loved my breakfast and loved this place.

🍒 Notting Hill Bakery — absolutely loved my cherry latte. And that pastry counter… how do you even choose? 🥐

🦪 Sam’s Riverside — oysters and Parmesan churros. Yes, please!

🫖 The Park Room — A more classic high tea. Beautiful china, the prettiest little cakes and such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. 🌸

Already looking forward to going back!

Where’s your favourite place to eat in London? I’m making a list for next time! 🤍 by @abbyklife

Apparently “just let it slide in down the hatch” was a little ambitious. A few attempts, a chin full of oyster juice, and my classy era was over. 🦪😂

My friend said I needed to “loosen” better… noted ✅ by @abbyklife
