Whew! This show turned out to be more than what I thought it ever could! It was such a rockstar show! Not only was I in the show as Rusty but I had the wonderful honor of being the choreographer! And let me tell you, it was not easy! Teaching my cast mates a level of choreography most of them had never been introduced to, choreographing with a very unique stage and set space, and then my personal life throwing punches at me in every direction. To be honest, there were times when I wanted to step away because it was getting too much. I am thankful that the little girl in me, who dreamed of having opportunities like this when she got older, pushed me to stay strong and resilient. I am so happy I was able to not let her down.

To my cast and my theatre family, Thank you for putting in the time and effort to learn all of the hard things I threw your way. I hope you all know how proud I am of yall, to see each and everyone of you grow as performers! I hope to work with all of you again soon

To Emma, my best friend and assistant choreographer. I couldn’t have done this without you! Thank you for easing my workload and being my shoulder to lean on when things got rough! Endlessly grateful for you and our ride or die friendship! I love you bud

And lastly to Lani, one of my greatest mentors and directors. I will never stop thanking you for this incredible opportunity. Thank you for believing in me both as Rusty and your choreographer! You inspire me all the time with your ideas and are truly one of the best directors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Let’s keep on making hits together!

🌳INTO THE WOODS🌳

What a special show!! Not only the fact of it being a dream production to be in, but also to do it in THAT space with THOSE people. The opportunity to play a role I thought was never in the cards for me. To perform with family, MY BEST FRIEND IN THE WHOLE WORLD (even tho we weren’t in the same cast), and a newfound theatre family that have each a place in my heart and I hope I will get to work with again. I have so many more things to say about this show and what it means to me, but I wouldn’t be able to shut up. So I’m going to end it off on a lyric from the show that will tie it up in a nice bow.

ROCK OF AGES!! 🤟🏼🎸😝

I don’t even know where to begin. When I first started this show, I had no idea I would be this heartbroken about it ending. This cast, crew, and creative team was a DREAM to work with. I am so honored to have performed beside them and I hope I get to work with all of them again. We had our bumps in the road, but we triumphantly battled them. I am so proud of the work we did and at the end of the day we became family. I love each and every one of them so deeply, I have never cried so hard about ending a show😭❤️

I’ve been at Brenau for a month so far and college life is still an adjustment and very busy. I thought I would share a big part of my collegiate journey and announce that I am a member of TRI DELTA!! These girls made me feel at home the second I met them!!

I also had my big reveal today and I swear I am so lucky to call @donnnadale my BIG!! Sweetest person I know!! So excited to be apart of this family tree!! Love her and all of my new sisters so freaking much!! Thank you all for letting me be unapologetically me and making me feel assured that I am enough!! Y’all mean the world to me🥺💛💙 by @abbylrushing

I had SO much fun being able to just be apart of this production, let alone being able to play one of my favorite Disney princesses!!
