ONE MONTH IN at the Watermark Institute🤠🤸🏼‍♀️🤘🏼 and already so grateful for this place and these people! The Spirit is SO EVIDENT here, and I’ve been so blown away by the ways I’ve seen the Lord move here.

One of the sweetest things I’ve gotten to witness is how much time the leaders and people of this church spend in prayer- praying over the church, praying over the people, praying for the Lord to move, and interceding for things they may never even see the fruit of. It has reminded me that so much of what God is doing happens because faithful people are willing to get on their knees and ask Him to move.

I’m learning that ministry isn’t just what happens on a stage or at church- it’s also what happens in the secret place. So grateful to be surrounded by people who believe in the power of prayer and who are teaching me what it looks like to faithfully intercede.

I am SO EXCITED to announce that I have been placed on the Young Adult Ministry team @theporch to serve with during my 10 months with the Watermark Institute at the Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX! The podcast I miraculously stumbled upon in high school that ministered so greatly to me is now the place the Lord has called me to serve🥹 I could not be more excited to see what the Lord has in store for me there and to be a part of this incredible ministry! I would love prayers of protection over my heart as I prepare for my time there and for a courageous spirit as I step into this new place and new phase of life! SPIRIT MOVE!! Thank you all so much for your prayers, love, and encouragement🤍

I have some exciting news…

First off, I’m graduating in May with my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and Theological Studies! I’m so thankful for everything this college season has held- the people, the opportunities, the fun, the growth, and the ways the Lord has continued to provide and be so evident through it all.

Second, I’m so excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the Watermark Institute at the Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX!! I’m so thankful for this opportunity and am looking forward to diving deeper into ministry, growing in my understanding of the Word, and being surrounded by a community that is passionate about living out their faith. I will begin my 10-month residency in August, and I’d love prayers for boldness in the Spirit, wisdom navigating this new season, and a heart that stays fully surrendered to the Lord! taken in Harding University by @abbyybritt

My built-in BEST FRIEND is 21 today!!! I know… CRAZY!! Being Nathan Britt’s sister has been one of the biggest blessings the Lord could ever give me. Doing life alongside him has been the BEST EVER!!! There is no one else I would rather worship alongside, be on a team with, road trip with, or stay up late talking to. His heart for others and the Lord is so big and beautiful. He is a servant-hearted leader who is so good at encouraging those around him and making people feel seen and loved. I am a better person because I am Nathan’s sister, and while I thank the Lord for him often, today I get to celebrate him alongside everyone else!! YAY FOR ANOTHER YEAR OF NATHAN!! I love you more than words can say. What did I ever do without you?! by @abbyybritt
