Inspired by Dermalogica’s Daily Microfoliant and Smart Eye Density, Citrus Cloud reimagines the idea of radiance through citrus, texture and delicate layers.

A crisp rye tart shell forms the base, followed by a rich layer of almond frangipane and silky blood orange curd. A light cloud of meringue foam adds a soft, airy finish, complemented by translucent, jewel-like blood orange and orange jellies.

A new chapter of Cake Basic begins in 2027 🎂✨

After giving our Preview Day guests the very first look last week, we’re now officially unveiling the full 12-menu Cake Basic lineup.

From the impressive piping finish of the Tiramisu Charlotte, to the much-loved Maple Apple Mille Feuille from our tasting, and the Smooth Pudding Cake, a completely new cake style making its first appearance at ABC, there’s plenty to look forward to in this renewal!

The new Cake Basic menus commence from January 2027, with 4 menus available each month and the lineup repeating every 3 months. Swipe through to see the full collection and start deciding which ones are going on your must-learn list 😉
