Happy ONE YEAR to Elevate Academy! 🥹🎉🤍 Today officially marks one year since we opened our doors, and looking back at everything that has happened in just 365 days feels pretty surreal. We started with our very first class of just four founding students who trusted us with their education, their careers, and the beginning of something brand new. Since then, our classrooms have grown, new students have walked through our doors, countless hours of hands-on education have taken place, friendships have formed, and future beauty professionals have continued to find their place here. ✨ But Elevate Academy was years in the making before we ever welcomed that first class. So much time, education, planning, passion, and heart went into creating a beauty school that could feel different, a place where students could learn their craft, build confidence, feel supported, and genuinely get excited about the career ahead of them. One year later, we’re getting to watch that vision come to life every single day. 🥹 To our students, educators, families, community, and every single person who has supported Elevate along the way: THANK YOU. You’ve helped make this first year more special than we could have imagined. Here’s to year ONE and everything still to come. 🥂✨ Happy birthday, Elevate Academy! 🤍 by @abcdhansen

Happy Birthday to the woman behind it all! ✨ Today we’re celebrating Brooke, the heart, vision, and driving force behind both Suite C Salon and Elevate Academy. From creating beautiful spaces for clients to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals, Brooke pours so much passion, creativity, and heart into everything she does. We’re so lucky to learn from you, work alongside you, and watch your vision continue to grow. But beyond everything you’ve built, Brooke, you are such an incredible wife, mom, daughter, friend, mentor, and leader. The way you show up for the people you love, pour into those around you, and make everyone feel supported and believed in is truly something special. You inspire us not only through the businesses you’ve built, but through the person you are every single day. 🤍 Help us wish Brooke the HAPPIEST birthday! 🥂 We love you, Brooke! 🤍 {women in business, female business owners, salon owners, northern Colorado} by @abcdhansen

Meet 1 of Our 8 Summer Social Panelists: Brooke Hansen @abcdhansen is the founder of @suitecsalon_windsor and @elevateacademy.windsor , where she’s passionate about empowering the next generation of beauty professionals through education, mentorship, and leadership. With more than two decades in the beauty industry, Brooke has built businesses rooted in integrity, kindness, and helping others grow. At our Summer Social, Brooke will be leading the conversation around the word Resilience. For Brooke, resilience means having the courage to keep moving forward—even when life doesn’t go as planned. From overcoming self-doubt to navigating the challenges of opening businesses through layoffs and even a global pandemic, she’s learned that success isn’t about avoiding obstacles. It’s about believing in yourself enough to keep going despite them. Brooke’s journey is a reminder that some of our greatest growth comes from the moments that test us the most. If she had given up when things got hard, she wouldn’t be where she is today. We can’t wait for Brooke to share her story and encourage other women to keep believing in themselves, no matter what season they’re in. 🤍 🌸 Summer Social 📅 August 6 | 5:30–8:30 PM 📍 Luna’s Tacos & Tequila | Windsor Comment “SUMMER” below, and we’ll send you all the details! #nocowomeninbusiness #summersocial #womeninbusiness #resilience #womenwholead taken in Luna's Tacos & Tequila by @abcdhansen

Our Grand Opening was everything we hoped for and more! 🤍✨ We truly can’t thank our amazing community enough for showing up, celebrating with us, and helping make this dream a reality. Seeing so many familiar and new faces walk through our doors reminded us exactly why we started Elevate Academy, to create a place where future beauty professionals can learn, grow, and build the careers they’ve always dreamed of. From the tours and conversations to the delicious drinks, sweet treats, and exciting giveaways, every moment made the evening so special. We loved sharing our new space with all of you, introducing you to our incredible educators and students, and celebrating the beginning of this exciting new chapter. To everyone who attended, supported us, shared our event, donated giveaway items, or simply cheered us on from afar, thank you. Your encouragement means more than you know, and we’re so grateful to have such an incredible community behind us. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to welcome even more future students through our doors. If you’ve been thinking about a career in the beauty industry, we’d love to meet you. Schedule a tour, ask us your questions, and come see what Elevate Academy is all about. We can’t wait to help you make your dreams a reality. by @abcdhansen

Aliena just left for her last semester at Nebraska, and I'm torn between pride and sadness. This break was the best, and I'm going to miss having her home. Whoever said it gets easier was lying – I'm crying harder today than when she left for freshman year! Love having my daughter as my best friend (who relies on me for all meals and drinks, apparently 😜). by @abcdhansen
