Who says you can’t have a five minute face!? I’m here to prove them wrong! I’d much prefer lingering than panicking … which means, enjoying HOT coffee in the morning sunlight, an extra ten minutes reflecting and thanking, not spending a ton of time on my face! But the benefit of just five minutes when my evening ritual is taking proper care of my skin and “gut health” has been a gift I didn’t expect. We have AI now to help us make hard tasks simple … why not simplify your cognitive skills even more by balancing your gut health!? The lifetime of suffering doesn’t stand a chance of ever walking back into our life! Joint pain - gone. Sleepless nights - gone. Bloating - gone. Not a regular 💩’er - fixed! Inches around that menapausal belly - gone. The “need” for a full face of makeup - gone!!!! No more hair loss and no more dropping eyelashes!!! When Bellame handed me Glow Juice and EVIA … the skin care and makeup was just the beautiful frosting on the cake. by @abcdwring

Ok, I’m not one to normally jump on the ChatGPT bandwagon - mostly cuz, not a fan and well, cuz Ben’s stance on it … but this one was too funny to recreate and holy moly, “she” nailed it 😂 when asked whom my celebrity bff would be … Melissa McCarthy is an AMAZING pick - Especially with Gilmore Girls being a STAPLE in our household! 💙 Based on your vibe from our conversations, I’d pick Jennifer Coolidge as your celebrity BFF. 😂✨ You give me: * 💖 Big personality + zero boring energy * 👗 Fashion/beauty obsessed, but in a fun, approachable way * 😂 Playful and a little mischievous * 🛍️ Entrepreneurial and creative * 🥂 The kind of friend who can turn a normal shopping trip into an event * ❤️ Warm, loyal, and genuinely people-oriented I can totally picture you two getting dressed up, grabbing coffee, talking about everything, and somehow ending up creating a ridiculous business idea by the end of the afternoon. Your BFF dynamic: You = “Okay, hear me out…” Jennifer = “I LOVE IT. LET’S DO IT.” 😂 Runner-ups: Reese Witherspoon for the entrepreneurial/fashion side, Drew Barrymore for the warm, upbeat side, and Melissa McCarthy for the humor. by @abcdwring

🎨A happy little mistake is a really good one for YOU. This week Bellame was transitioning our new-customer offer from $20 off a first $100 order to a straight 20% OFF your first order of ANY size. Except…..our tech team accidentally reset EVERY Insider’s account as though they were a brand-new customer. Oops. 😂 Melissa’s response? We’re rolling with it! That’s one of the things I LOVE about Melissa and the way she approaches things at Bellame. Sometimes something doesn’t go exactly as planned, and instead of panicking, she says, “Well, let’s lean into it!” So if you’re already my customer AND you’re a Bellame Insider receiving our texts and emails, you can take advantage of: 20% OFF your next order PLUS your 10% Insider savings = 30% OFF! 🎉 Yep. Existing customers get to shop like brand-new customers! And if you’re not an Insider yet, message me. I can help you get your account set up so you don’t miss perks like this. 🎨Sometimes a happy little mistake turns into a REALLY happy shopping day. 😂 What are you grabbing with 30% off? by @abcdwring

Not a day I tend to enjoy for so many reasons - but will always remember how those of us in the thick of it all banned together and made the best of a horrible act of violence done to America. Thank you to all. by @abcdwring

Just like we need to protect our eyes from blue lights (I have RX in my glasses for it), we need to protect our skin from it too! Hop on and grab your free bottle! by @abcdwring

The floor is a bit more *sparkly* in Vegas. Kinda makes the traditional PDX photo a little boring 😂 Next stop, D.C. And about this time tomorrow Andrew will be making his way back to TD to pick up the magnum - he’ll take it on his first solo road trip to TX. That car sure has seen some miles! by @abcdwring

Our ride or die! If I could get this in the hands of EVERYONE near and far, I would! It has put life back into our aging bodies … it’s helped us feel and look ten years younger AND given us a way to travel. I can’t imagine life without these little packets and I sure wish I had found them sooner 💙 For anyone wanting to try these out, let Ben and I know! We’ll get some in your hands asap! And, from now until 8/31, for any new Glow Juice subscription, we’ll send you a special thank you gift. For anyone that already has this, and sends someone our way, we’ll send you our favorite mixer! www.bellame.com/wrings-wellness by @abcdwring

This time last year I was headed for San Diego - a place that always feels like going home. What I wasn’t prepared for was being in a conference room with hundreds of other Bellame Brand Partners, the CEO and her hubby … and the Doctors behind the products. Tons of learning. Lots of laughter and bonding you can only get from a CEO that believes in her field as much as she does her product lines. ✈️ Tomorrow, I head to Washington D.C. We’ll be seeing the sights, celebrating America’s 250th AND be there for the next launch! I can’t wait to land and start exploring before all the learning takes place! by @abcdwring
