How have you felt about eggs ,🥚🪺🐣🍳 as a food, throughout your life? Any favorite kinds? Ways they are prepared? LOL 🤣😂💗 by @abcsbuddha

The Greek mythology Centaurs, through the eyes of a child, would be intriguing and some were master teachers and healers. Others had horrendous, sexual abuse reputations. Modern medicine can be very invasive and I think healing starts when we begin to tame ( lose ego) the healers (lions) with our strength / power by matching their frequency / wavelength / vibration.

I love the English language! but maybe more I love the Nigerian take on the English language! And another great saying that Nigerians love is ‘you may be jumping from frying pan to fire!’ A whole natural shaman like me would love to be in a romantic relationship. As some of you know I even dove into my darkest romantic emotions when I became infatuated with a woman during my pre-apprenticeship! But I saw in her a real meanness that I made a reel about too when she threw the remote control directly at her friend’s head at my condo one night. Things like this and things I’ve seen in other potential relationships that seem like red flags, as well of course as the fact that my 16-year-old marriage ended up in a mean divorce with me being homeless! These things really make me contemplate before I ever try to get in a relationship and I question myself saying ‘Nina do you really want to jump from the frying pan to the fire?’ because the frying pan is usually filled with hot oil! So imagine going from that directly to the fire, hm, hm, hm, oh no I don’t think so! #fryingpantofire by @abcsbuddha

Describe a time when you genuinely thought someone / people was / were being mean to you then in retrospect you realized they may have been sending you off on your best path in the safest way they knew how?! 💡🧐 by @abcsbuddha

Today is All Saints Day, and I added my dads name to the list of names remembered at my church, of people in our community who died this year (2026). That’s all I have to say. Prof. Turner Timinipre Isoun by @abcsbuddha

The Knight of Wands, juvenile, risk-taking, fire dragon 🐉 (with fire Salamander friend) continues into November, a month where the change that the Knight brings is reinforced when we trust and act on our gut / intuition and release our personal / community mysteries from the void. Other themes: healing / power / loss of ego, needs met, ancestors, communication (at times hard discussions).

I did not realize it but in chatting with AI about my chest Whale tattoo, Meta told me that a circle in a tattoo usually signifies a ‘vow’. This is meaningful for me with my Whale tattoo as Meta and I decided that Whale reminds me of a vow to myself that the suffering I went through around my 50th birthday (my homelessness actually began on my birthday at 4 pm ish) intensively but actually throughout my life (and which actually woke my psychic Whale 🐳) was not wasted but has become medicine 💊 💉 Medicine for me to direct internally and externally. As I have named myself a natural shaman having many of the sufferings align with shaman ego-stripping and frequency lowering (think Whale low frequency communication over vast distances) initiations and charactistic life experiences. And which actually woke my psychic Whale. The powerful but gentle remember stories. Truthful utterances share healing breaths. #vowtattoo #whs.thriftclub #fitcheck #salvationarmy less than #3dollars by @abcsbuddha

Describe a time you genuinely thought you were being mean or unkind and then later realized there was great wisdom in the way you acted!? LOL 💪🏾🤣😻 by @abcsbuddha

Be the good Samaritan and abide by the Golden Rule because the poor wretch you help may be the Tesla Founder, Elon Musk, or the Spanx founder, Sara Blakely, in disguise! But 👆🏾, that’s a little too direct! Great Mystery / The Universe will probably be a bit more circuitous than that! LOL 💯😂🤣😻
