Lately I’ve been reminding myself of something important to enjoy the journey not just the destination

We get so focused on goals, times, results… but real growth happens in the quiet steps the early mornings, the small wins, and even the setbacks

Lactate test >>> testing shape for the new season 🏃🏻‍♂️
10x1km/10-15s recovery
(4:37, 4:17, 4:00, 3:45, 3:32, 3:20, 3:09, 3:00, 2:51, 2:44)
pretty satisfying results and low heart rates to start a new season and hungry for more

Next stop this Saturday 5km road at 11:00 turku juoksee test run, not going full out but around 15:00 would be nice if you are in town welcome on board
