Rested overnight and ready to be baked. I always start at 500F for 25 min. The rest of the 20 min is baked at 450F with the lid off.

Playing with baking temperatures. This guy baked at 500F for 25 min and an additional 450F for another 25 min.

I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome after my #starter fully matured. Baked in my @lecreusetcanada red- what a difference ❤️ •

No matter what shade, an egg is still an egg, and if that isn’t nice I don’t know what is 🍳

It’s important to note when you feed your sourdough if you do choose to wash your container/jar, that you do not use soap. Using detergent could kill any delicate yeast that is trying to grow.

No onions? No problem. Sautéed cabbage acts similarly to onions with an equally similar texture. I add a dash of vinegar and let it do it’s thing, no oil needed.
