11 years and 3 months incarcerated.

I missed all of my 20s. I lost family members. And then I lost my mother the same day I was released.

You would think all of that would break me or slow me down.

But the only thing adversity has ever done to me is make me work harder.

Winning my first show was all of that wrapped into one moment.

And the truth is, I probably could’ve pushed myself even harder. But for 11 years and 3 months, that’s all I did in prison—read, write, work out, and think.

I didn’t have to force myself to become disciplined once I got out.

The work had already been done while I was locked down.

Now I’m 3 years out, and a lot of the things I envisioned are coming to pass—and then some.

This is only the beginning for me.

What you’re seeing right now is only a small percentage of my potential.

I’ve been sitting on so many ideas, plans, and moves that it doesn’t even make sense.

I was just waiting on the right time.

And the time is now. 🏁🏁
