Tell me what you think !!!!! 🖤🎶

💥 I don’t have to please everyone… 💥
I believe that if you want something, you should go after it. But I also believe that some things are already written for us.

Maybe there’s a path meant for me. But I still have to show up, put in the work and take the steps to move forward. Otherwise, I’ll just stay where I am, wondering what could have been 💁🏼‍♀️

It’s funny how easy it is to look back and connect the dots. To understand why certain things happened, what they taught you and how they changed you into the person you are today 🖤

I’m always trying to become a better version of myself. To learn, to understand why I am the way I am, and to treat people with kindness while finding my own way through life.

But I’m not perfect. And I’m definitely not always the best version of myself 🙈🙈

Life happens while we’re busy chasing dreams, working on projects and making plans.

Sometimes I’m tired. Sometimes I’m overwhelmed. Sometimes I get things wrong, react badly or simply don’t have the energy to be everything I want to be.

All I can do is my best. Some days, that looks pretty damn good. Other days, not so much.

But I get back up. I try to communicate, take responsibility when I need to, and learn from my mistakes.

And somewhere along the way, I’ve also learned that being a good person doesn’t mean being available to everyone, all the time.

I don’t have to please everyone. I don’t have to explain every decision. And I don’t have to give my energy to things or people that leave me feeling empty.

I’m learning to choose myself without feeling guilty about it. To invest in the people who give that energy back, in the dreams that keep me going, and in the projects that make me feel alive 🔥

Because I want to look back one day and know that I actually tried. That I went after the things I wanted, even when I was scared, uncertain or had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

Maybe some things are meant to be. But I still want to meet them halfway.

Be kind to others, give yourself some grace, and don’t forget to live a little while you’re figuring it all out 🖤👊🏼
