Been trying to process the news that my dear friend from high school past away a few days ago from an apparent heart attack. Chris Gobber @pope_of_gullwing @az.laminates pictured here in the back wasn’t just a good soul. He was the most giving human that I was lucky enough to call my friend. We met in the late 80’s in Temple City CA. as we were all deep into skateboarding and the brotherhood that came with it. Chris’s enthusiasm and love for skating was tremendous. Only equal to his love for family & friends. He was such a loving caring father and friend and I will miss him dearly. It still hasn’t set in that he’s not with us any more. Grateful that got to see him back in Sept while I was on tour but I definitely did not think that was going to be the last time we would hang , eat, drink and laugh.
My deepest condolences to his family and all the friends his life touched. Especially all the SGV/Temple City crew that had the pleasure of knowing him. 🙏🏽
RIP my brother rest easy and drop in that big ramp in the sky. 🕊️🛹🕊️
