So proud to say this is one of the coolest projects I've ever done. A new museum in North Carolina about the Civil War booked to be a plaster model for the statues to be used in the museum. I have a love of history and makeup EFX and being a part of such a project is an honor. by @abenja1

In case you missed it 👀 @wcsumo absolutely lit up @westchester_county_center on their World Championship Sumo tour stop! 💥 From a stacked field of 12 elite rikishi, Dominus “Domzilla” Davis-Williams rose above the rest and claimed victory in dominant fashion. 🏆🔥

It was great talking to Hugh Dillon, the creator and actor of the hit show "Mayor of Kingston." It was great to see season 4 premiere and I cannot wait to watch the rest of the show this season! by @abenja1

I've been on this jiujitsu journey too long. I'm old, fat, got broke bones, and get hurt too much. But I still come everyday to improve, get better, and less fat.

I got my blue belt in 2018. In 2025 in the year of our Andrew, I got my purple belt! I still suck at jiu-jitsu and now I'll have to work harder to keep my belt.

I've had so many people to thank for this. @stingreyrey, @cecemena, @nickyg_bjj (for the many private classes and hours taught to me, @grantbogdanove at @afglife.jp for letting me drop in to his gym in Tokyo, @pmajosh @kenjitsubjj at @pmagf for improving my wrestling light years, and so many others I don't have energy to type.

I got to attend an eXclusive outdoor premiere of the new upcoming hit horror film "Dangerous Animals." It is a great horror film and is brutal and violent and satisfying to my horror nerd brain.

As well I got to meet the movie stars Jai Courtney & Hassie Harrison.

Make sure to see the movie this week!! @dangerousanimalsfilm by @abenja1

Today was my last day @pmagf. When I came to North Dakota I had to find a great jiu-jitsu gym. Not a good one. A great one. But PMA was more than great. The team is EXCELLENT.

I cannot thank enough the people who I trained with on almost daily basis putting up with my leg lock nonsense.

I cannot thank enough coaches @pmajosh & @kenjitsubjj for welcoming me to their gym and teaching me so much that I have never drilled before (basically all wrestling)

Most of all this team helped me live out a bucket list item of competing in an MMA fight. Because of them and everyone else I got to no not only compete but win in 30 seconds!

I will take everything I learned from PMA to the next place I go as thanks to everyone I have immensely improved in jiu-jitsu and MMA.

Thank you for everything! taken in Progressive Martial Arts by @abenja1
