This one means more than just a title.

Proud and humbled to share that I’ve once again been crowned the IPC Men’s Physique Champion of Champions 🥇 and secured 1st place in the 70 kg Bodybuilding category — my second consecutive year holding the Men’s Physique crown. 💪🔥

But truth is, this year wasn’t easy. There were days when I woke up sore, drained, and questioning if I could keep going. Days when the mirror showed fatigue instead of progress. Nights spent battling self-doubt, pain, and hunger. There were setbacks that tested my patience, and moments that broke me down — but every time, I chose to rise.

I stayed natural, stayed true to my grind, and trusted the process when it was hardest to believe. 🌱
Because real strength isn’t built in comfort — it’s forged through struggle, sacrifice, and an unshakable will to keep going.

To my coach @jakebrailey_ — thank you for being my guide through every high and low. Your belief in me kept my focus alive when my energy ran out. 🙏

To my family, friends, and everyone who supported me — your love and faith carried me through the toughest days. ❤️

Winning the IPC Mr Kerala Men's Physique Overall Champion title has been a tough and challenging journey. From the moment I first heard about the competition, I set my sights on winning, fully aware of the obstacles ahead. Despite the struggles I faced, I remained determined and never gave up. I am deeply grateful to my friends and brothers who stood by me, offering their unwavering support. Their encouragement was invaluable, and together, we turned this dream into reality. This victory isn't just mine—it's a testament to our collective effort and perseverance.

When I first started bodybuilding, I believed that building and maintaining a decent physique without PEDs was impossible, and I even used them for a few months. However, as I gained more knowledge and experience, I realised that this mindset was holding me back. I want to show the world that building and maintaining a strong physique naturally is entirely possible. If you're aiming to achieve and sustain a well-built body, it can be done through hard work, consistency, proper training, nutrition, and the right knowledge. My own journey is proof of this—I trained myself without a coach, relying solely on my dedication and determination.

This is not a critique of PEDs or a dismissal of professional bodybuilders, whom I deeply admire and respect. My message is simply to highlight that with the right approach, natural achievement is also possible.
