I hope we've been able to make each day of your life full of love and care, and then some adventures, road-trips, making sure you get to feel every kind of terrain with your little, soft, naturally fragrant paws.

You came to my life when everything was dark and I was walking towards a darker place only seeking a way to cease existing. You gave me purpose, happiness and the purest form of love. Your warmth healed me, helped me sleep. Each time when I could make you happy, the wagging of your tail confirmed that I'm on the right path. You are a real trooper that defeated everything that came in our way. You are not a pet or a dog - you're an angel, a flower, and a spell of magic that we could touch, cuddle, snuggle with - just that you were found in the shape of a Beagle till yesterday.

Words are hard to find when the heart's crushed in bits. But why am I crying so much, you're here just in a different form, without any restrictions on any kind of food, any place to run in, bark at any hour of the day, or the boring need to waste time to poop or pee.

My whole heart, you are now with us forever, no pain, wear and tear, limits and rules applied anymore!

Fly, Pipi! Now that you can, just don't be away for long at a time. You still have to sleep on the bed here and with us at the end of the day.

There is never a dull day with you by our side 🧿❤️ We'll keep loving you more, each day. by @abhinav_ds

@skybourneband_india went LIVE last week!
I took my 50 year old @epiphone bass to play the gig, and it established the supremacy of instruments built in Japan, yet again.

This one never fails to amaze me - the big momma of all Short Scale Basses. Huge low end, bright highs, holds tune for months, and a super steady neck. Mated with @drstrings High Beams, pure bliss.

Some greatest friendships aren't found;
they're travelled together.
(45000 kms to be approximate in the last 7 years.)
Every road we took became a memory,
every memory became home,
and every home still echoes with
paw prints, laughter & love that lasts forever.

Yesterday we lost our family land cloud, Tintin.
An ever-smiling soul, always happy, almost bursting in excitement every time we saw him.
He fought the monster disease with quiet bravery till the very end..
and when it was time, he fell asleep peacefully without pain.

Just three months after Pipi, Tintin followed her to the rainbow bridge,
leaving behind two paw prints on our hearts. 🌈🐾🐾
Our homes feel unbearably pawless now.
The silence is heavy, the absence loud.
This is a grief we’re still learning how to live with.
Run free, our cloud. You will be forever ours, even beyond the rainbow.
Home will always remember you. 🤍 by @abhinav_ds

While the world rehearses a year-end reset,
some hearts still miss a few beats.
Time keeps moving, but we don’t quite fit,
without the ones we chased sunsets & learnt life with.
Endless scrolling becomes the escape way,
safer than thoughts that strangle and weigh.
Gasping feels easier when looking away.

If midnight brings no magic,
doesn’t vanish the pain,
know that clocks don’t return
the ones lost on the way.
But you wonder why they couldn’t stay forever,
just as Orion holds Sirius in his sway?

Maybe love obeys a different zone,
drifting beyond time, beyond what’s known.
But the stars remember what we’ve outgrown.
If you are one of them who feels the same,
just know in your heart.. you’re not alone.

The lights still shine but miss her gleaming eyes
No Christmas would ever be the same..
Yet hope waits softly beyond the glow, and then
Looking at you smiling through the frame,
believing in small miracles,
hanging socks and wishing somewhere ahead,
her eyes will find ours again.
