Happier Us is about what science, variety of faiths, and psychology, are all pointing to of what brings the greatest joy and peace and how to accomplish it.🌞

My heart is filled with gratitude. To everyone who has helped, encouraged, or supported me in any way along this journey—thank you. You know who you are. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.🥹🩷

I’ve always felt a deep sense of purpose to help others find greater joy in life. And I’ve discovered that both science and religion point to the same truth: The greatest source of joy and meaning in life comes from relationships.

It’s simple. We can’t do it without each other- hence the name Happier Us. We were made for connection, for love, for lifting one another.

I’m so excited for you to read this. I truly believe it will be worth every minute of your time. My hope is that Happier Us will help you discover how to find deeper joy and meaning in your life—and how to help others do the same.

Eternal life and immortality are not the same thing.

Eternal life is the phrase used in scripture to define the quality of life that our Eternal Father lives.

The Lord declared, “This is my work and my glory�—to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man [and woman].”
