Life lately in the UK >>> 🇬🇧

School said “take 2 weeks to rest and settle in”
I was like OUUU! thank God 😂❤️

Two weeks in and I’ve met people, tried new meals and done some sightseeing. The UK is genuinely beautiful and I’m so hyped for this next chapter of my education.

I believe being here will help me grow in every way, personally, educationally and professionally.

📍 FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL IN THE UNITED KINGDOM 🇬🇧

This is a testament that GOD is GOOD! 😭❤️

OMG! I want to tell a story but I don’t even know where to start 🥹

Truly, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step.
I started this journey last year, I’m not here the say the process wasn’t tough, but what matter is how God saw me through it.

Today I’m officially back to school, this time for my “Second Masters” (Different course from my first Ms.c). This journey is about intentional growth, preparing myself for the next level God has for me.

I’m excited for what I’ll learn, and who I’ll become.

Intermediate Graduation 1st Runner Up 🎖️

At Beginners graduation I won Best Dressed.
This time I came back as 1st Runner Up.

@kace.fashionacademy has been bigger than sewing and styling for me.
I joined to sharpen my craft, and I am leaving with more discipline, more patience, and a better eye for detail.

This 1st Runner Up placement shows me that consistency and effort count. But the bigger shift is in my mindset. I am more confident, more intentional, and even more eager to learn.

I am not stopping here. I will keep growing, keep creating, and keep stepping into spaces that challenge me.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is my Blazer project.

From pattern drafting, to sketch, to fabric sourcing, to sewing every single piece you see here. Nahh! I’m so proud of myself 🤯🙈

REAL GROWTH ISN’T COMFORTABLE, BUT IT’S WORTH IT 🔖

A month ago, I was sitting with one question: after my Masters, what comes next? Today, I’m grateful I answered that question by joining @kace.fashionacademy

At our Beginners to Intermediate graduation, I won BEST DRESSED 🏅❤️ and it meant everything because it came from votes by my classmates. That tells me they saw the thought, the work, and the story behind my Bubu gown inspired look, and that means more than any trophy ever could.

My time at K’ace has been amazing, it is more than just learning to sew and style. It is about growing as a person. I came in wanting to get better at the skill, and I’m also learning discipline, patience, and a sharper eye for detail.

Winning Best Dressed felt like proof that showing up and staying open to learning pays off. But the bigger win is how my mindset has shifted. I’m more confident, more intentional, and even hungrier to keep learning.

Thank you to K’ace Fashion Academy for building an environment that pushes us to be better every day. And thank you to my classmates for the support and the vote. You challenged me to bring my best self.

This is just chapter one. I’m not done here. I plan to keep growing, keep creating, and keep putting myself in rooms that stretch me.
