Not me addressing the nation at the start of the year, me deeeeeeeeeeeeeeear. I was elated‼️ This is such a huge honour, and I am so very grateful for the opportunity.

I was invited to do the health and fitness segment for TVJ Smile Jamaica and also speak on my business @abzdancefitness and @abzfitnessgear.

We talked about easing into a fitness routine after Christmas, tips on nutrition and adusting eating habits, as well as a quick dance workout.

2026 is off to a good start 💃💃 Lord we give thanks. 🙏

Special Thanks:

2024 was a whirlwind!! Launching @abzfitnessgear was tougher than I thought, with setbacks, tumultuous shipping, and receiving broken goods. But I persevered, and God made my dream a reality. I love what I do & every moment of this journey.🫠

I also became a married womenzzz to my favorite person 🤭 "I do," to a lifetime of adventures & inside jokes, cheers to beautiful years💙🥂

And to my dancers and customers, thanks for trusting me. I'll keep giving you my very best!

-Signed Abigail ✌️

I was featured again in this week's Gleaner lifestyle and wellness section and got the opportunity to weigh in on a few ways you can survive the season and stay on a healthy path this ‘Fitmas’.

As you go into the season, remember to plan, be mindful, portion control, stay active, and surround yourself with supportive people. Don't let the fruit cake and sorrel win. You got this!😂😁

To register for dance classes and nutritional coaching, message me or DM @abzdancefitness today. Each class is only JMD$900, easy to follow, radio-friendly, and camera-on is optional. See you there👋💃

Follow @abzdancefitness for upcoming giveaways, class updates, and health tips.👍

“Leading into the Christmas season, at the end of November, we start with a group discussion with a certified nutritionist, who is also our health coach... Our aim is to basically get everyone in the mental state that this is the holiday Olympics, she told Lifestyle....." To read the full story of the Dec 13th article visit https://jamaica-gleaner.com/

Feeling blessed 🙏

It has been a surreal experience over the last couple of weeks, so this is a Milestone photo dump. Never thought after watching Neville and Simone for years on TV, I'd be invited to stand next to them to showcase my business @abzdancefitness ❤️.

I also got invited to tell my story in the Gleaner, how this all started etc. I can't thank you enough for this feature. It meant a lot 🥹 @kryssywrites

The Highlight on my IG page titled Media and Features has the link to the Gleaner article and full video of the TVJ appearance. 😌

Follow my page @abzdancefitness if you want to support and help us grow 🫶
