Double Hoop Transitions with @abigailspindsey 💕

Abi is an incredibly talented multihooper, and one thing that always stands out about her flow is how seamless and effortless her transitions are ✨ It was such a pleasure to learn some of her favorite double hoop transitions and get a glimpse into the techniques that make her movement so fluid.

Abi broke down each trick with thoughtful instruction and helpful tips to set everyone up for success. No matter your experience level, she made the material approachable while still offering plenty of challenges and inspiration.

One of the best parts of this workshop was just how much content Abi packed into a single hour! We left with a whole toolbox of new transitions, concepts, and drills to continue practicing long after the retreat ended.

How to Write a Hoop Act with @abigailspindsey 💕

We all know Abi is an AMAZING performer, so getting to learn her tips and insight on creating a powerful hoop act felt so inspiring and empowering.

Abi broke down the process of building an act with intention, from thoughtfully planning out the structure, to understanding the art of using space and speed, and most importantly stepping into confidence while performing ✨ She also encouraged us to play with our flow, experiment, and trust the creative process instead of feeling like everything had to fit perfectly right away.

To make it even more special, Abi put together such a thoughtful and well-organized take-home write-up filled with guidance and tools attendees could continue revisiting long after class ended. 🙌🏼

This class became such a beautiful stepping stone for attendees, helping them feel more comfortable stepping into the spotlight for our showcase. Watching people gain confidence, trust themselves, and share their magic was such a wholesome thing to witness. 🥰

Settling back into my home and missing those early jungle mornings, when everything comes to life and the beauty unfurls 🌀
I had the loveliest time at @oasishoopretreat this year. The retreat was incredible, and spending time in Costa Rica is such a treat. From the fertile land bursting with life, to the lovely local people who tend the land. There is nothing quite like it ❤️
If you have ever considered going to Oasis but you’re feeling a bit nervous, just do it! You won’t regret your experience 🙌🏻
