ABIGALE LIPSON is an emerging artist currently based in the Houston area, who has a deep interest in floor work, contemporary modern, and improvisation. She began her dance training in Casper, Wyoming, in 2021, earning an Associate’s degree in Dance Performance from Casper College. She furthered her dance education by transferring to Sam Houston State University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and is set to graduate in December 2025. As a student, Abigale has had the opportunity to perform works by Aaron Wood, Adele Nickel, Amy Fitzsimmons, Jodi Jones, Bronte Hopkins, Jennifer Passios, and Savanna Ijames. Abigale has also worked with the NobleMotion2 Dance company, where she performed works set by notable choreographers, such as Andy and Dionne Noble, Mike Esperanza, Lauren Serrano, Colette Kerwick, Jacob Regan, and Wesley Cordova. As an emerging choreographer, Abigale is thrilled to present her new work, Mosaic, which explores the idea of people as mosaics of those they love and have been loved by through a charade of floor work, weight sharing, and cascading choreography.
