📌Haven’t shown up here in a couple weeks, and I’ve missed connecting with you all. Truth is, I’ve been navigating that delicate balance between pouring into my work, business and pouring into myself, because the three are inseparable.

📌These past weeks reminded me that career transitions aren’t just about shifting what you do professionally, they’re about reimagining your whole relationship with work, time, and self-worth. As I help others rebuild their careers, I’m constantly reminded that we need to rebuild ourselves alongside them.

📌Sometimes that looks like prayer. Sometimes like rest. Sometimes like celebrating small wins with friends who get it. And yes, sometimes it looks like taking photos that make you feel as capable on the outside as you’re becoming on the inside.

📌This journey of redefining success, both mine and yours, isn’t linear. There are weeks of momentum and weeks of restoration. But the constant thread is belief: that we deserve careers that honor our whole selves, that our expertise is valuable beyond traditional roles, and that prioritizing our wellbeing isn’t selfish, it’s strategic.

📌So here’s your reminder (and mine): Your career transition isn’t just about finding a new job. It’s about creating a life where you thrive in all dimensions. Where your talents are valued, your time is respected, and yes, where you feel genuinely good in your own skin.

This post is to appreciate my support system. On October 10, I graduated with a degree in Master of Business Administration.

I started the program with 2 children and ended with 3 children. Studying with responsibilities is a challenge in its own, If you’ve ever studied with children and pregnancy, you can imagine how tough it is.

@FunkeAyeni @kekericious @myhusbandPeter @mysonToni @mymom Thank you all for your tremendous support during my program.

To my husband, my rock, my maths, accounting and corporate finance teacher, thank you so much for your encouragement especially during those morning sickness and birth process.

Funke and Foluke, I love you ladies so much, thank you so much for being so wonderful.

To Toni, I love you so much my boy, you have grown into such a responsible young boy, I have no worries about your future.
