🧿 In Danza we use our Atecocollis (shell) for announcing, to give someone honor or recognition, & also for warning lol

YES they’re very loud & also they really hurt if you accidentally get knocked in the face by one and so sometimes we really are trying to warn the crowd for your own safety during processions because we’re moving fast lol 🤗✨

Thank you so much @casitadelpueblo for welcoming us to your beautiful Dia De Los Muertos parade. This is one of my favorite danzadas we do all year because the Low Riders make the most beautiful ofrendas, the catrinas, the Folklorico dancers the vendors, live musicians … everyone looks & does AMAZING 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

DON’T FORGET DIA DE LOS MUERTOS HAS BEEN CELEBRATED FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE COLONIZATION….HAPPY INDIGENOUS PEOPLES DAY 💚🪶✨

🧿 On tomorrow’s episode of Fit Coochie Fridays we’re talking yoni steams 💕✨ CHECK THE LINK IN BIO FOR MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL✨

This is one of my favorite wombyn wellness practices that has personally helped me reconnect with my sacred space and stay on my path of sovereignty. OUR POWER IS IN OUR COOCHIES & OUR SACRED WOMB SPACES, so its time to nurture and honor them as such 👏🏽💚

Its fun to see my progress & how much inflammation my body has lost with consistency & self love. The first pic with short hair is in 2020 when I started my Yoni egg journey… 6 years laters I’m lifting bongs & trying to get the rest of the girlies to wake up their coochies too 😝🤘🏽🫶🏽💕✨

Look out for your yoni steam kits & my stickers in your goodie bags at the Latinas in C🌸nnabis Summit this Saturday & stop at my booth to check out the huevitos 🥚✨

I’ll also have some upcycled pieces, some original art, including these virgencita Tshirts. I’ll have them cropped & cut in different styles for you. I personally designed these AND yes, each was one was screen printed BY HAND in LA, so theres a lot of labor of love, collaboration, & community building amongst other artists in everything I create.

I’m looking forward to meeting all you canna bbs this weekend 💕✨

PS, Virgencita is for the everyone, shes not just a Catholic image, shes a symbol of hope & the divine sacred Mother🙏🏽💚 you dont have to be Catholic to honor the Divine Sacred Feminine & say 🖕🏽🧊

🧿 Roll that shiii, light that shiii & REEEAD 📖

Read books. It is important that we nurture our minds with books & think critically.

Today I started Chancla by @lesliepriscilla @latinxparenting & my Chukies & I binged through The Spectacular Salma Sanchez comics by @tortillaorbit . Some of the books I picked up at the book fair yesterday 💚

What are you reading right now?
