We’re proud to say Abi is now a fully qualified Personal Trainer working at @puregymboston ! 👏

Here’s a bit about Abi...

I decided to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer through my own journey and growth in the gym ✨

From being a shy, anxious girl who constantly doubted herself and never prioritised her health, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and the person I’ve built & become.

Health and wellbeing are now such a big part of my life, and the gym has completely changed my mindset, confidence, and discipline. Through my journey, I’ve gained the knowledge, experience, and confidence that inspired me to help others do the same ✨

I’m so excited to help people grow, feel stronger, and become the best version of themselves 🩵
