From terrain to final cinematic frame — here’s the full breakdown of this Unreal Engine 5 shot.

Landscape created in Gaea
Models, UVs, rigging, and animation in Maya & Blender
Texturing in Substance Painter with Photoshop support
Fire and smoke simulated in EmberGen
PCG in Unreal Engine used for trees and plants placement
Custom-made smart materials created and used inside Unreal Engine
Scene assembly, lighting, and camera in Unreal Engine 5
Editing and SFX in DaVinci Resolve

AI was used only to generate a few prop reference images, which were later rebuilt into original 3D assets.

Inspired by real-world environments and defense-system forms, with cinematic influence from modern war films and tactical games.
