If you’ve forgotten the language of gratitude, you’ll never be on speaking terms with happiness.

Grateful to have won an Emmy and now a Telly so far during my 3 short years at ESPN. While winning is fun, I’ve always just wanted to be proof that it could be done just by being you.

Thank you, God, for allowing me to shine regardless of whatever has been thrown my way.

Just a kid from JoCo! This one is dedicated to my late Grandaddy.

Blizzy international now 🏆

I honestly don’t know what to say... I’m blessed and thankful, but this is a bittersweet moment. I wish my grandma was here physically to see it. Grandma, I kept my word!

I appreciate everyone that has supported me thus far, especially my village.

2 degrees under my belt, but the best thing about me is my heart. I’m humble enough to know I’m not better than anyone, but I’m wise enough to know I’m different from the rest.

Just trying to be great!

Also, this degree is in honor of my brother, Jeff. I love you bro and we miss you. #LLJ🕊

Two ABs. One debut. 🥊

This is episode one of "On the Fast Break with AB" — and we couldn't have asked for a bigger way to start.

The first-ever guest: Unified and reigning women's super-featherweight world champion, Alycia Baumgardner.

Before we talked sports and business, I asked her something personal — how does she draw inspiration from her late father?

Her answer said everything.

No timeouts. No huddles. Just the story. Part 2 Monday 🥊 by @ablake54

Opening a homeless shelter has always been one of my goals in life. Can’t wait for it to home to fruition.

Not chasing a bag. I’m chasing something bigger.

I was asked me how I stay grounded through it all.

Honestly? Showing up as myself & my grandmother.

Long before ESPN was even a realistic dream, she was praying over it. Speaking it into existence. Believing in me when belief was all we had.

Every step of this journey — she’s was in it 💛

Coming home next Saturday to speak to the youth about my journey… and I’m taking you with me.

I’ll be streaming it LIVE on Twitch.

First stream. Ever. 🚀

Tag some of your favorite streamers in the comments. I want some real advice.

I want to influence the influencers.

I spoke to God about it and I can literally feel something about shift.

My grandma always said, “you are destined to be big, because God knows he can trust you to do the right things when you get it.”

No hashtags or anything. The right person(s) who need to see it will see it.

Just be you. by @ablake54

Sophie Cunningham broke the internet with one finger.

The "Sophie Point" started as a heated moment between Sophie Cunningham and DeWanna Bonner — now it's been recreated by the White House, UFC fighters, and kids at her basketball camp 😭

The WNBPA banned partners like 2K, Panini, and Lids from cashing in on it... but thanks to NIL rules, Sophie can still license it herself 💰 by @ablake54

Act 29. God already wrote the script, I’m just playing my role.

This year was a transitional year for me. Next year will be transformational year.

I had to make some big boy decisions. Grateful for all the blessings and lessons.

I will continue to live in abundance, y'all ain’t seen nothing yet, truss!
