Finally made it to GOMA solo after years of waiting to go with someone else and it's wonderful and amazing and I will be back (and had a library in the basement?!?!? Never knew that, got books from there I'm excited to read) then went and saw Godzilla Minus One (oh my god amazing and I wanna go back next week to see it) and that was a nice little solo day out (bar my lovely interactions with the people I bumped into around town 💜) by @ablobwith2names

The greatest man I'll ever know has died.

My Granda Danny is, was and always shall be my hero. A loving, intelligent, artistic, hillarious soul. A proud trade unionist, a man who spent his retirement helping other through 25 years helping at the Citizen's Advice, a Celtic man , a voracious reader which he passed onto future generations. A man with a passion for life, who lost a lung to TB at 14 and was still going on daily miles long walks well into his 80s after multiple heart attacks.

The man who'd teach his grandchildren chess and rummy and sing Dean Martin songs, the man I've chosen to in part name myself after. A patriarch and the most inspirational man I've ever known

He died peacefully this evening but will live on forever more as he's honoured by every person who ever had the privilege of meeting him. by @ablobwith2names

I have acquired an old Canon 400D thanks to a lovely friend and took it to The Necropolis to test it out and oh no I sense a new hobby forming because turns out photography is *fun* taken in Glasgow Necropolis by @ablobwith2names
