The vibes I bring to the function. I saw this trend from several of my favorite bookish accounts and had to do my own version!
.
Here’s to embracing your quirks and loving yourself. Nerd vibes and all. 💙

This is a flower account now. Kidding! Kinda 😆
.
Is spring springing where you are?! East TN is blooming out and my soul is so happy.

I’ve been on the hunt for a pot rack for a while now. I was *this* close to ordering the version Hearth and Hand has out right now when I stumbled upon this $8 beauty at @karmstores 🙌🏻
.
A set of shower hooks later and she’s the perfect spot to display my copper pots and pans. I don’t use this set, sadly. They need to be re-tinned and one day I would love to do that but for now I’ll enjoy looking at them here. 💙

“How do you clean your fandelier?”
.
That was one of the most ask questions I got last week when I shared our @hunterfanco fandelier again. Lucky for y’all, it needed cleaned this week so I thought I’d show y’all the process in real time!
.
And as a bonus, this is how I clean all of the fabric lampshades in my house - it’s truly so easy and efficient! Let me know if you’ve ever tried this cleaning hack 💙

The unsung hero of our house this summer has been our @hunterfanco fandelier. ✨Hands down.✨ Not only has everyone commented on how chic it looks, the amount of air it puts out has absolutely saved us during the brutal southern heat and humidity!
.
Drop your fandelier questions below and I’ll do my best to answer them all! 💙

My self proclaimed fall vibe is French Girl meets New England 💙 I got a head start on the vibe when I hit up @statemint_westknoxville this Knoxville and hit the motherlode! Most everything you see here is secondhand, just how I like it.
.
I’ll be sharing a price breakdown in my stories later to be sure to check that out because the deals were insane!
.
@statemint_westknoxville is going on through Sunday - you truly don’t want to miss it! 💙 #fallfashion #statemintstyle #knoxville #frenchgirlstyle #secondhand by @abluenest

It’s the first week of summer break for us in East Tennessee, which means my house won’t be this tidy again till August 😅
.
Who else is already out for summer?! ☀️🍓🌸

One day it’s purple walls and princesses… and the next, they’re asking for something that feels more grown up 🥺

This room change hit me harder than I expected—because it’s not just about design. It’s about watching her grow right in front of me.

So instead of chasing every new phase, I wanted to create a space that could grow with her.
We kept the foundation timeless and layered in her personality through the pieces that can change as she does.

The softest backdrop: Wing It by @clarepaint —the prettiest barely-there blush that somehow feels both young and grown.

Because these years? They’re fleeting.
And I just want her to always have a space that feels like home in every version of who she’s becoming 💙

I shared all the details (and how to design a room that evolves with them) over on the blog ✨

Tell me I’m not the only one getting emotional over a room makeover… what phase are you in right now? 🥹👇

As a Southerner, ceiling fans aren’t optional… they’re survival 😅 But if I’m honest? I’ve always hated the way they look.
.
It’s one of those things you just accept… function over beauty.
.
Until now.
.
This is the Brookside Fandelier from @hunterfanco and it completely changed my mind. For the first time, I don’t feel like I have to hide my ceiling fan… it actually adds to the room 💙
.
And somehow, it still puts out the airflow we can’t live without down here! No more sacrifice beauty in the name of surviving heat and humidity 😉
