POSTS STORIES REELS

NOW ON YOUTUBE: after a year long festival run, "The Retreat" is finally available online along with an all-revealing 20min BTS vid 🧦

We truly felt cursed by setbacks over the course of this weekend, but our cast was completely selfless and hilarious in how they threw themselves at this wild story, and it resulted in one of our best films yet.

Last night's screening at the 13th Bleedingham was actually our 13th festival we played at this year - idk what it all means, but I'm just gonna release the energy and hope for the best so here ya go 🤷‍♀️

SCREENINGS: Gold Team's dark comedy short "The Retreat" has been selected to screen in the Spokane International Film Festival! We'll be included in the "Best of the Northwest" block on opening night, Feb. 9th!

Thank you to the organizers for this early holiday gift - it's wild to see this slapdash 48hr film in the program next to what looks like some heavy hitters. I've also actually never been to Spokane before, so this gives me an excuse to visit! Can't wait.

Tickets are up now, @spokane_iff for more info 👍

When David arrives at a remote house nestled deep in the hills, to spend time with his boyfriend, Anthony, and his boss, he is immediately put at unease.

The feeling of being watched, and observed a little too closely never leaves him. Made within 48 hours, ‘The Retreat’ beautifully beguiles the darkness within its layers with the humor and entertainment it presents at first glance. Head to the link in bio to watch. #ShortFilmOfTheDay

Wowie, we wrapped this one up a while back and it’s so nice seeing it get some recognition! Out of 13,868 submissions from 120 countries, The Four-Stage Dating Protocol received an Official Selection and placed as a quarter-finalist for the Student World Impact Film Festival (SWIFF)!

Wonderful to see the film succeed on the global stage for an org that serves 18,000 filmmakers worldwide. Thank you, Jasmine, for inviting me into your creative process and making it such a collaborative experience through and through. I’m glad we got to share more time talking about the film on a certain upcoming podcast… 👀

SCREENING tonight! “The Retreat” Come watch @nguyenerslife , @ksyrahsara , and @billyrusse spend a mysterious (and creepy) time in a cabin in the woods… Am I describing the plot or the filming process? Who knows? Come on down at 9pm at SIFF Uptown and support the other filmmakers premiering this week while you’re at it!
