NO RAIN NO FLOWERS is finally out in the world!!

This project has been a long time coming for all sorts of reasons, but I’m so happy I can finally share it with you. Thank you for your patience, and for sticking with me while these songs found their way.

The journey began with a collection of beats from @martelhoward, @eltrainmusic, and one from @fattybassman & @pitch_92. “Dominos” actually started life during the writing sessions for my first EP, Sincerely, and from there the collection slowly grew. Song by song, collaborator by collaborator, this record began to take shape.

A huge thank you to my incredible collaborators @illajyanceyboy, @devintracy, @northsideprido, @abnormal.sleepz & @abstractorchestra. It’s been such a privilege creating with each of you. Not only have we made songs that I’m immensely proud of, but this project has also brought about friendships that I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you for sharing your talent and artistry with me. ❤️

Everything really came together when I brought these songs and ideas to @rob_mitchell_official. Thank you Rob for everything! You heard the finished record before it existed, and brought these songs to life with gorgeous string arrangements, horn sections, thoughtful instrumentation and incredible production. Thank you, so much! It’s been such a joy creating this with you, thanks for putting up with me, my out of hours vn’s full of random ideas, for your positivity when I had none and for fuelling our sessions with the tastiest quesadillas! 🌮

Huge thanks as well to @leesmithmixer for the beautiful vocal mixes, Bob Macc for mastering, and every musician, writer and artist who gave their time and talent to this record. You all helped make these songs what they are.

Thank you to @firstwordrecords for believing in this project and giving it the time it needed. Good things really do come to those who wait.

I want to start by saying RIP Lenzman. My hearts heavy for your family, mrs & little ones. For the TNQ family and close friends. Honestly one of the cleanest hearts and nicest, genuine people i've had the honour of meeting. We're all going to miss you. Truly wonderful man & your legacy is immortalised.

This man literally changed the whole trajectory of my music career in 2018. He provided so much opportunity and opened the doors that were life changing. Even though his label was d&b he encouraged me to work with him and the TNQ family and let me be myself. Invested time and energy which eventually turned into my first album being released on @thenorthquarter and welcomed me in with no hesitation. From then it was history. The shows, hosting, visiting you in Amsterdam was so surreal. Kaleidoscope was born & for the first time i had someone behind me. That whole process taught me so much invaluable lessons. Words couldn't even do justice for what he done for me and many many others ❤️🥲

I owe so much to him and much more than i could have ever given back. He continued this energy and shown mad love for Manchester & its talent. He only cared for great music and great people...Testament to the person he is.

You even left me with a gift despite me saying not to worry and to rest. The passion runs deep. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for being you. Thank you for encouraging me to do me. Allowing me to create freely & doing it all out of love. Thank you for blessing us all. This one definitely hurts and sending so much love to all the producers, djs, friends & family. AMAZING man. One of one. Strongest to do it!
