POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Here, I am carrying a handful memory that feels both TENDER & Transformative!
A ceremony, a wave of clarity, a sense of inner joy that settled quietly🧲, like warm light under the skin 🩻.

Simply to place these fragments into my living diary•|•
a space where I keep the PRESENT ALIVE.

I’ve always loved capturing NOW_moments:
returning to them,
rereading,
rewatching,
allowing gratitude to rise again
and
reshape the INNER landscape.
~~~
Researchers have been studying this phenomenon for years. In 2003, Robert Emmons published early work showing that gratitude literally strengthens emotional memory and increases long-term wellbeing. Later studies expanded on this, suggesting that each time we revisit a meaningful moment, the brain reinforces the very neural pathways that make joy feel familiar. Returning to gratitude is not nostalgia — it is neuroplasticity with a heartbeat.
Philosophers said something similar long before neuroscience existed. 🐋Marcus Aurelius wrote that the soul becomes dyed by the color of its thoughts. In our age, science just gave his words a measurable pulse.
When we build a ❤️life we’re truly in love with❤️, even small photographs carry warmth. They don’t just record a moment — they ❤️preserve the state of consciousness❤️ in which the moment was lived. That’s why none of them feel disposable. They are tiny embodiments of the life we’ve created with intention, awareness, and love.
☑️🔝Your FEMININE AWAKENING
🔝☑️
She is not just a model.
She is each of us.
She is every woman who is ready to
Soften, to open, to reconnect.
We merge.
We enter a state of pure unity —
because you are me, and I am you.
You allow our energies to meet, to fuse, to blend into one shared field.
Feminine Essence happens inevitably, undeniably, and without hesitation. So your presence becomes grounded, MAGNETIC, whole.
Your body softens and awakens. Your inner light begins to radiate through every gesture.
You become art, same expressive, intuitive, emotionally free.
A woman who shines because she remembers WHO SHE IS.
➡️➡️➡️ If this resonates with your path, write to me or book a private session. Your feminine mastery is ready to RISE.
I STAND FOR:
•inner and outer beauty —
for the harmony between soul and form, for the grace that flows from authenticity.
•feminine strength —
for softness that heals and power that embraces instead of conquering.
•noble integrity —
for a life built on dignity, truth, and beauty that does not need to prove itself.
•emotional intelligence —
for the wisdom to feel deeply without drowning, to understand without judging.
• sacred relationships —
for love as a path of growth, not possession; as awakening, not escape.
•creative freedom —
for art as the purest form of prayer, for expression without apology.
•truthful communication —
for words that build bridges, not walls; for honesty spoken with elegance.
•generosity of spirit —
for giving without calculation, for the magnetic abundance that follows open hearts.
•wholeness —
for the unity of body, mind, heart, and divine essence —
the living architecture of a conscious life. by @abolle_mentor
AWAKEN YOUR ↔️ HIGHER SELF
3-day intensive • 2 ceremonies
Profound insights and an unforgettable release of the past.
All of this and more can be experienced through a renewed sense of presence.
I’m grateful to have shared the first printed edition of my postcards, featuring a free meditation and a teaser for InnerGrow—the new platform we’re creating.
One of the most memorable pieces of feedback came from someone I had just met, who twice emphasized the strength of my energy and the deep sense of peace within it.
Another moment that stayed with me was when Danny came directly to me and shared how much more clearly he could feel my presence and energy this time, and how proud he was of the work I had done.
For me, the personal freedom that came from this awakening was letting go of the identities I had carried for so long.
Remember: everything in our lives requires courage and a decision.
With love,
We don’t always choose what life reveals. But we always have a choice in how we meet it.
Quite literally. 😂
About a week ago in Oklahoma, my son accidentally tore off my big toenail while playing with a door.
Unforgettable sensations, to say the least.
Yet there I was, exploring museums, walking around, and carrying 20 kilos of my favorite little human in my arms.
Motherhood: where inner strength becomes a very physical practice.
02. A different kind of revelation.
Today, I accidentally discovered a secret that someone probably believed would remain hidden.
And it reminded me of something I’ve known since my earliest childhood:
The truth has a remarkable way of revealing itself.
People may choose what to share, what to hide, and what story to tell. But they cannot always choose what eventually comes to light.
And perhaps the greatest freedom is not in knowing everything, but in trusting that what needs to be seen will eventually become visible.
#October, you’re certainly making yourself memorable. 🤍
GROW with INTENTION
How beautiful, incredible, complex, and wonderful we truly are — and above all, how powerful.
But what amazes me the most is how this power exists on the micro level.
It feels as if we have entered a new era — the era of discovering ourselves, the era of the Quantum Self, the nuclear core of who we are.
