Esme Rebora is a Berlin-based experimental noise musician, composer, sound and visual artist, mainly operating the moniker Bride.

Their work constructs allegorical tales within harsh and dissonant environments enchanting terror and warmth in chorus, focusing on controlled feedback and crushed compositions. They are interested by a harrowing exploration of the allure of the uncanny that continues to take shape both through their solo productions and collaborations. Rebora’s work has been highlighted by labels Psychic Liberation, Post Hoc, Industrial Coast and Longform Editions. by @abrideabride

My Angel Sean. I miss you beyond physical realms. Your voice plays in my head all the time.
This all feels like a nightmare but I know you’re so peaceful now.
We only had 9 months together, but Your hyper intelligence, beauty, and passion for your craft and knowledge is something otherworldly, that I couldn’t comprehend. I miss talking to you and laughing constantly, and breathing you in.
Every moment we spent together despite sometimes it being difficult to see you suffer, I’ll cherish.
Othala is the rune we drew together, meaning home and family.
Even towards the end you were still so selfless and never stopped caring about the people around you.
I cannot stop thinking about you and that will never stop. You touched everyone you saw. to know you is to love you with your ancient spirit.
I thought we would spend forever together but you’re here with me. The time we spent is forever and I’ll cherish for the rest of my life.
I’m so grateful I got to tell you how loved you are at the end, how impactful you are and how everyone you touched turned to gold in your hands, and I know you could hear me.

late may. the sun stays too long now. we’re somewhere in the middle of something that has no name yet—not the end, not a beginning. the horizon has been burning for years. we meet again in this heat: still here, listening with our blind eyes open,

—sound travels on its way to itself.

we open the evening with a body story of our guest from Italy, Giovanni Castaldi (@giovannicastaldiperformer).
shifting to the dungeon, the sound starts with ceremonial drones by Sunfear (@sunfear.x). the fog descends as we reach the fields of Bride’s (@abrideabride) pastoral noise. sharpening the wave, we flow to some harsh glitches of Grid Noise (@grid.noise.ema); arriving then at our deepest point with the drone beats of Desert Drone (@desert.drone).

ACCA (@lebedevaalexandra__) then tells her story of the cycle, accompanied by hystérie inclusive (@dry__lips): a god born, dying, reaching back not toward origin but toward the womb of Being itself, the Void, the Before.
the sound has arrived.
toutmefait presents an audiovisual EP in three acts: darksome, visceral, folkloric.

it begins upstairs, in the light, between us and the elsewhere. it continues below, in the labyrinth. it returns then after the dusk—and ends there, as what wasn’t before.
