It is our pleasure to welcome the abseil to nonagon this August. We first met them at World of Coffee Bangkok, and were struck by how deliberately they work. Precise, curious, unhurried. We had been looking for the right opportunity to work together, and this is it.

This project centres on processing, the ways it shapes a coffee. The team has curated a selection of seasonal microlots, each a different origin, to show how process shapes flavour and how different brewing approaches shift it again in the cup.

The abseil team will be brewing at the bar throughout both days. A selection of lots will also be available as retail.

abseil drip box select — comfort, and a familiarity we longed for, in a box.

Our inspiration came while we were conceptualising on a product. It had to be simple, yet with distinctive characteristics and flavour spectrum, connecting across all brewing levels — enjoying coffee as a new hobby, or a decade in practice.
