it’s my second Venice Biennale and it’s always a great (and sometimes overwhelming) dose of inspiration. once again i find most groundbreaking pieces to be tucked away and hidden from the large exhibition spaces. nested in the small palazzos or churches, there are darker, more intimate and unsettling, and much more immersive experiences worth searching for.
