Swipe to see completed and in-progress shots of this split level basement reno we just wrapped up for our awesome clients. Ground water was penetrating through the slab causing the room to need a full gut, and thus consequently became an unused area of the home with great potential. After a french drain install, we widened a small doorway demising the two parts of the basement to create this archway you see. Lots of other great improvements as well such as a new double casement window, new wall framing, a new concrete leveled substrate, a new closet, renovated bathroom, waterproof LVP flooring with vapor barrier, all new electrical hardware and lighting throughout, and an in-wall/hidden/self draining dehumidifier system. This lovely family has now reclaimed precious square footage for a kids room and to host out of town guests with the luxury and privacy of a full bath. All work done in house by our team of experts.

Call us today if we can help you out too!! (631) 383-1568 by @absolutehomecontracting
