I had shoulder repair surgery 6 weeks ago. Today….had my immobilizer removed! This was my first practice project (18”) post immobilizer. Very happy with my practice 😊. Day 20 of #my30daychallenge
I’m beginning to think the neutrals set off the colors. Maybe that means our times of rest enrich our times of activity; our “down” times highlights our “up” times; our laziness enriches our industriousness; “no rain, no rainbows”. I’m ok with the neutral, for sure!

“Off to see the girls” is inspired by a past class with @hixsonir “Dancing with the wall”. What a great class and a wonderful teacher. This quilt is approximately 24” x 28” and is a representation of the colors along the roadside on the drive to see my daughter and granddaughters.
