Hello insta friends, I’m looking for a favour.
I’ve been going all in on my therapy work recently, focusing on sleep and helping people with busy minds finally switch off.
I’ve created something called a Sound & Subconscious Reset. It works in three ways: • a guided audio recording • a one-off session • or a deeper 90-day reset
The recording blends sound, music, frequency work and subtle spoken word. It’s not about forcing you to sleep, it actually helps your nervous system settle so sleep can happen naturally.
I’m opening up a small test group to use the recording over 20 days and give me honest feedback.
If you, or someone you know, struggles with: • getting to sleep • waking in the night • or feeling wired even when you’re exhausted
