Art is more than color on canvas — it’s the culture we inherit, the stories we protect, and the freedom we keep alive.
Abstract art teaches us that meaning doesn’t always need shape… sometimes it’s meant to be felt more than seen.
Every great artwork carries the courage of the artist, and we honor them by looking deeper, feeling deeper, and remembering that creativity is the heart of human history.

Joan Miró believed in painting with instinct, risk, and wonder — creating worlds that never existed before he touched the canvas. His work reminds us that art is not a luxury… it’s a necessity. A reminder of who we are when words fail.

Abstract art isn’t just painted… it’s lived.
It carries the courage of risk-takers, the soul of dreamers, and the timeless spirit of artists who created without knowing their ā€˜future.’
Every stroke is a conversation between instinct and imagination—unplanned, unexpected, and beautifully human.
Old masterpieces remind us that art is not about perfection, but about freedom… the freedom to feel, explore, and lose yourself in colors that speak louder than words.

ā€I believe that to do anything in this world one needs a love for risk and adventure, and above all, to be able to do without what middle-class families call ā€œfuture.ā€ā€
ā€œWhen I stand in front of a canvas, I never know what I’m going to do – and nobody is more surprised than I at what comes outā€ – Joan Miro

šŸŽØ What if I told you this artist is only 3 years old?

Meet Ghone (@ghoneatelier) — a little boy from Thailand with a world full of colors and imagination.

He started drawing with crayons at just 6–7 months old. By his first birthday, he was already spending hours painting, exploring colors, textures, and ideas in his own unique way.

What makes his story even more unusual is that no one in his family is an artist. His parents have no professional art background, and Ghone has never received formal art training or artistic guidance. He simply paints what he feels, sees, and imagines.

Even more remarkable, Ghone chooses all of his colors himself. Over time, he has developed a fascination with color shades and combinations that often surprise adults. Many artists, educators, and visitors have commented on his unexpected color selections and the way he combines tones that seem far beyond what most people would expect from a child his age.

Today, at just 3 years and 7 months old, Ghone has created more than 70 original artworks. He continues to paint because it brings him joy—and because he dreams of making the world a little more colorful through his art. 🌈

šŸŒ His artworks have been collected by private collectors, featured in international exhibitions, and presented at fine art auctions.

āœˆļø Upcoming Exhibitions
šŸ‡©šŸ‡Ŗ Berlin, Germany — August 2026

Every painting tells a story from a child’s perspective—pure, honest, expressive, and free from rules.

Thank you for following and supporting Ghone’s journey. Every like, comment, share, and word of encouragement helps a young artist dream a little bigger. šŸ’™

✨ If you saw his artwork without knowing his age, how old would you guess the artist is?

Artist @manuelaeibensteiner

Manuela Eibensteiner / My way of painting arises from deep immersion.

Into the magic of colors. Innocent, vibrant, pulsating, questioning... drawn... leaving traces. Each image presents the challenge of conveying an emotional world of experience to the viewer.

Immerse yourself in the world of her ART – ME.
Manuela Eibensteiner, a painter from Waldburg near Freistadt in Upper Austria, creates deeply expressive abstract works using spring water, natural pigments, salts, resins, wood, and crystals. Her unique process involves layering, destruction, and repainting, allowing each artwork to evolve organically and emotionally.

Inspired by the forests, stones, landscapes, and people of the Mühlviertel region, her paintings reflect a profound connection to nature, love, and the human experience. After a career in tourism, she pursued her lifelong passion for painting, mastering techniques ranging from reverse glass painting and oil to acrylic and charcoal on a variety of surfaces.

Today, she lives and works in Freistadt at her Studio ART-ME, where she welcomes visitors from Austria and around the world to experience her art firsthand.

Over the past month, I've had the opportunity to connect with abstract art buyers and collectors from the USA, Berlin, and China. One thing I've noticed is that many collectors appreciate colorful, expressive, and thoughtfully composed abstract artworks. It's been a pleasure discussing art with passionate collectors like Thomas, Richard, and Archie.

Today, I'm featuring the remarkable works of Rita Ackermann.

Rita Ackermann (born Rita Bakos on April 19, 1968, in Budapest, Hungary) is a Hungarian-born American artist celebrated for her powerful fusion of abstraction and figuration. Her work explores themes of femininity, movement, conflict, and human emotion.

After studying at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, she moved to New York City and continued her education at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture. She now lives and works in New York.

Ackermann's paintings are known for their energetic layers of oil paint, acrylic, and china marker, where abstraction and figures seem to collide. She has said:

"Nothing in this world exists without conflict. I see conflict as a motor that makes things move out of stillness."

Her work transforms conflict into beauty, inviting viewers to discover emotion, movement, and meaning within every layer.

What do you feel when you look at Rita Ackermann's artwork?

Firelei Báez’s feet squelching on wet grass, nourished by uncertainty unfolds across two floors as an ambitious constellation of paintings, works on paper, and new large-scale bronze sculptures. Together, the works trace the natural, spiritual, and cosmic reverberations of the African diaspora against the enduring legacy of colonial history.

At the heart of the exhibition is View of Nature (2026), an eight-panel painting spanning an entire wall. Drawing from John Emslie’s 1852 engraving, the work traces the distance from the equator to the Arctic, reimagining it as both a geographic record and a colonial archive. On view in New York at Hauser & Wirth through July 31, 2026.

At our New York, 22nd Street gallery, step into @fireleibaez’s world, where fragments of text, diagrams, and cartographic markings emerge and dissolve within richly layered passages of foliage and light.

Abraham Onkst (b. 2000, Pennsylvania) is a painter who lives and works in Altoona, the small central-Pennsylvania town where he was raised. His practice began at twelve with graffiti - absorbed through videos of writers in distant cities, far from the walls where it was made - when he began drawing his classmates’ names in stylized lettering and selling the drawings for ten dollars apiece. At thirteen, on a first visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, he encountered Jackson Pollock’s Autumn Rhythm, whose scale and conviction redirected the lettering impulse toward canvas.

Onkst’s work is gaining rapid traction with collectors and Institutions worldwide.

His painting ā€œUnited We Standā€ is on view now at The DeLand Museum of Art as a part of the exhibition ā€œOur Flag in American Art 1935-2026ā€ - Organized by Harmon-Meek Gallery.

What if a single painting could make you question the line between memory and reality?

Few living artists have had the impact on contemporary painting that Gerhard Richter has. Over more than six decades, he's moved between realism and abstraction without ever settling into one style. That willingness to experiment is part of what makes his work so compelling.

From his well-known blurred portraits based on photographs to his large abstract paintings filled with layers of colour and texture, Richter has constantly challenged the way we look at images. His colour chart series, landscapes, and abstract works can be found in major museum collections around the world, and he remains one of the most collected living artists. I observed paintings reflects the spirit of that artistic journey. Every layer adds something different, balancing control with chance and inviting viewers to find their own meaning. Some people see movement, others see emotion, while some are reminded of memories or places.

Great art doesn't always give us answers—it often leaves us with better questions.

What catches your eye first? Is it the colour, the texture, the movement, or does it remind you of something personal?

I'd love to hear what you see in the comments. Every perspective is different, and that's part of what makes art so fascinating. If you enjoyed this piece, feel free to like, save, and share it with someone who appreciates contemporary art.

#GerhardRichter #ContemporaryArt #AbstractPainting #ArtCollectors #ModernArt A large contemporary painting inspired by the artistic style of Gerhard Richter, featuring rich layered textures, expressive abstract forms, and dynamic colour transitions. The artwork blends bold movement with subtle depth, creating a visually striking composition that reflects Richter's exploration of abstraction, memory, and perception. Thick layers of paint and sweeping gestures produce an immersive surface filled with energy and complexity. The painting serves as a statement piece for modern interiors and celebrates the legacy of one of the most influential contemporary artists of the postwar era. taken in United States of America by @abstractted
