@goldenscoundrels what can I say, from soundcheck to loadout our entire day was filled with laughs, nostalgic stories, and incredible talent and showmanship. Honoured that we got to host you @door.no.1

Big love to @drdraw for an exceptional performance - and for bringing your infectious energy

New lifelong friends were made, old friends from all walks of life were shared, road hardened stories were reminisced, and tributes were made to our friends gone before us

Most importantly, the Fam came together to support, to dance, and sing!!
It’s been @thestunningwreck and my dream to bring a wholesome and supportive creative community together. To share @thebaitshop and @abstrkt.pro vision with our world of misfits and vagabonds - like @tennisxclub and @sam.in.all.probability

So special truly - don’t miss these guys, lots of tour dates left
Support live music, support the arts,
But most importantly
Support love and community!

Everyone remembers the show
But there’s something more in the buildup
The anticipation,
The perfection,
The methodical process - the checklist
There’s is a silent choreography to how we get from a truck pack to an audience
Here’s that calm before the storm
That calm, has a lot of moving pieces
Thank you to the @worth_gallery for hosting such an amazing night, to my brother @madebyevren for inviting me, and sharing in the process

The magic is most definitely in the room taken in Worth Gallery by @abstrkt.pro

There’s a movement, and it’s happening
A return to the grassroots - to creative experimentation
To feeling something deep - something moving in a room
The air of nostalgia, and the wildest imaginative journey

We’re doing something - and I don’t really know just quite what that is - but we’re months in and the waves are getting bigger

One thing is for certain - when you’re in the room
It feels different

Everyone is saying it taken in The Baitshop by @abstrkt.pro

Sometimes the best performance comes from the heart
Not even a place of love
But a place of mutual understood shared community
Tomorrow I get to go out and play with my brother @madebyevren a gifted storyteller in every way, and a lyrical mastermind - a friend, one of 16 years now

Here’s the disaster of what I’m packing for tomorrow…results to follow

We’ve made some magic together over the years but this one comes by happenstance
An opportunity to share, to tell stories, to bring something meaningful to life!
We were invited by @adrianhayles tomorrow night to perform at @worth_gallery
I’ll be spinning some groovy stuff too!

@thekayafest I’m lost for words to describe the feeling after the fact - Surreal - the chance to be part of something bigger than I could have imagined - to touch a canvas with my own flair such a true priviledge and honour

I grew up listening to Reggae - came up as a Reggae, Dancehall, and Soca DJ in Toronto - because I loved everything about the culture, the vibe, how it moved me and made me feel - wildest dreams

@engineer_redz told me - matter of fact - many years ago, that we would do this, and I promised him then, ride or die, I’d be there!
Mad proud of you bro - there aren’t even words
If there’s a lesson here it’s to dream HUGE

My bro @mattygld thank you for your trust, and vision, what a monumental undertaking! You absolutely set 🔥🔥🔥 to that stage! So beautiful - I can’t wait for our next adventure!

Thankful for the opportunity to create and bring visuals to life for 3rd Generation Marley faves @kingcruff @mysticmarley @hymnmarley @zionmarleyofficial @yomarley___ @ygmarley what undeniable talent!!

The legendary @missjullyblack @lilaike and the Emperor himself @theshabbaranks - artists who I have long admired who inspire my own creativity

Countless others @papoose @cuhdeejah I’m forgetting so many

To @soundboxproductions - the fam who works tirelessly to make this come to life! Thank you for trusting!

My boy @ryanohreally who literally climbed in the rain to save my video walls - yes multiple

To the show family @jamalbl my brother that was magical, @papada65 who keeps me from breaking things, the wonderful and brilliant @produced.by.ten and @jennadundon the only reason I ever eat, have content, or get anything done!! @davinvee and @joshmacintoshmusic legends who I get to call family! So so many others!!

To new friends!
@__videx that rig bro - excited to explore the spatial world of @dasaudiousa
@noe.soraya what an incredible show - absolute magic!
@kaysothedirector literally cranking out content day and night

@veerdhaniram wizard of audio

I have no idea who I’m forgetting - I don’t even remember who I am - but one thing I know for sure

“Don’t worry, About a thing, cuz every little thing, is gonna be alright”

Blessed

Getting that video pipeline ready to start making some serious content magic!!

We’ll be launching a series soon that digs into all sides of the creative and technical parts of our industry - but most importantly, will be our pipeline to the world to share the music and art we create in this amazing space!

So many important conversations to chronicle, so many late night sets to stream, especially for all our twitch and YouTube live fam!

If you’re a creative - a musician - an artist - a technologist
And you have something cool to share, reach out!
Let’s bring it all to life

Some days the work is physically hard
Other days, the work is mentally strenuous
And in between it all life keeps happening

But if there’s one consistent force in our life, it’s our fur babies!
Now they have their quirks, and such personalities!!!
But don’t we all?

What’s your motivation? Who keeps you going when things get hard? by @abstrkt.pro

Teaching has always been part of our methodology,
From sharing knowledge to unique experiences, we’ve been mentoring and building community across the technical production, music and arts world for decades.

In an effort to stimulate learning, exploration and experimentation in the production arts, we have curated a new space that exemplifies the best of what the industry has to offer - in the most interactive way

Generative Visuals
Spatial Audio
Pixel mapped lighting
Audio-Reactive Media
Playback and Automation

Come check out the space in the Stockyards,
Let’s chat, make friends, learn something new,
And create some cool shit together
Let’s build community!

Cutting content and directing for @realcolliebuddz
- the ever so talented @jennadundon at the switcher calling shots and cutting live!

Amazing performances by @alisonhinds @therealrupee @destragarcia and so many others! But the best performance by far came from my video team who absolutely crushed it!

I got to share some cool moments with some special people this weekend, Teaching, experimenting, full blown sink or swim. Literally - Cody was soaked by noon - We delivered a killer show together - something to be truly proud of!

Seriously, it rained all day - we lost 2 cameras along the way
We were soaked, sore, tired, but we all went home fulfilled in what we had accomplished!
