✨Most entrepreneurship programs cover the business plan.
Marketing? It's often the last item on the list.

At Abundance Bureau, we design live, bilingual marketing workshops for organizations supporting non-traditional founders across Canada.
Because your participants don't just need a plan.

They need clarity, direction, and the confidence to show up.

Every business has a story. Here's ours.

From photography studio to marketing facilitation, our path wasn't linear. But every step brought us closer to the work we do now — designing workshops that help organizations support entrepreneurs who are building something real.

The comments below? That's exactly who your participants are.

Bilingual. Live. Practical. Built for the people your program serves.

3 days at ROI: The Millionaire Summit. 3 things that stuck.

The best programs don't just teach, they create momentum.
Community isn't a nice-to-have. It's the infrastructure.
Confidence doesn't come before clarity. It comes after.

This is exactly what we try to build in every workshop we facilitate for organizations supporting entrepreneurs across Canada.
Direction first. Then visibility. Then results.

3 jours au ROI : The Millionaire Summit.

Not every business problem is a mindset issue.

Sometimes, it’s a clarity issue.

Coaching supports mindset and accountability.
Strategy brings direction, positioning, and real business decisions.

If your business feels noisy, scattered, or stuck,
you might not need more motivation.
You might need the right thinking partner. by @abundancebureau

In 2025, one thing became very clear to us.
Growth doesn’t have to be harsh to be real.

We are a business of advice. Our work is rooted in data, clarity, and facts.
Most of the time, data isn’t comforting. It doesn’t adapt to emotions, timing, or sensitivity. It simply tells the truth.
What is a choice is how that truth is delivered.
Soft growth is not about denial or delusion.

It’s about being clear without being brutal. Firm without being rigid.

Ambitious without losing our humanity.

Yes, we want more revenue, more profit, and more sustainability.
And we believe it’s possible to grow while staying generous, respectful, and deeply human. This isn’t a contradiction. It’s our core strength.

Soft growth is a way of doing business and a way of dealing with people.
It means kindness and boundaries. Care and accountability.
It means choosing collaborators, clients, and partners who believe both can coexist.

In 2026, this is the direction we’re choosing.
This is how we build. This is how we advise. This is how we grow.

Thank you for being part of the journey.
Say hell yes to soft growth.

Happy New Year.

— Abundance Bureau & Co. by @abundancebureau

We asked ourselves many times if it was possible to build wealth without exploiting people.

That question forced us to rethink everything we had been taught about success, business, and value. We had to redefine what wealth really means to us. Accepting that we would never fully fit into the corporate ladder, while still creating real value in the world, is what this work stands for.

We are building a new breed of non-traditional founders.

For the past eight years, we have watched the same gap repeat itself.

Brilliant people with strong ideas. People who want to build something meaningful. Something bigger than themselves. Something that helps, shifts perspective, and contributes to the world. Not just something that sells.

Because abundance is what happens when meaningful ideas are supported by clarity.

Yet when business feels heavy, rigid, or inaccessible, people get stuck.
Not because they lack talent.
Not because their ideas are not good enough.
But because business knowledge is still treated like a closed language.

If you did not go to business school, or were never taught how to sell your work, you start at a disadvantage. This is especially true for non-traditional founders. People with unconventional paths. Often deeply skilled. Rarely shown how to translate what they do into something people understand and choose.

Instead, they are sold formulas. Ready-made systems. Advice that looks good on paper but cannot be applied in real life. So ideas stay stuck. Projects never fully land. Potential goes untapped.

Abundance Bureau exists to change that.

Founded by non-traditional founders, for non-traditional founders, Abundance Bureau is a practical marketing and business strategy studio that turns overwhelm into clarity. We help people see what is not landing, decide what matters next, and build businesses they can actually move forward with.

We have been in and out of corporate.
In and out of entrepreneurship.
In between worlds, just like the people we serve.

This work is not about shortcuts or hype.
It is about clarity, application, and building lasting value in the world.

Follow our journey, and welcome to the community. by @abundancebureau

Community is what makes entrepreneurship programs work.

When coordinators, advisors, and program managers connect, they bring that energy back to the founders they support.

This is why we do what we do — not just workshops, but building the ecosystem that helps non-traditional entrepreneurs thrive.

To every program coordinator and advisor we've worked with this year, thank you.

This book changed how we think about facilitation.

Jen Kem's breakdown of complementary strengths is exactly what we apply when designing workshops — every cohort is different, every facilitator brings something different, and the best sessions happen when structure meets human dynamics.

If you run an entrepreneurship program, one question worth asking your next cohort: what's your strength in the room?

#MarketingWorkshops #EntrepreneurshipSupport #AbundanceBureau #BilingualCanada

I just got off a call with Meta’s new “marketing pro advisor” service.

Since I’ve been running Ads, I wanted feedback on my results and maybe learn a thing or two.
At some point, the advisor told me something wild:

👉 “You should post REELS every day.”

And I was like… WTF. Who has time to create a Reel every single day? That makes no sense.
Here’s what this reinforced for me:

1. These platforms are not strategic. If you follow their advice blindly, you’ll burn out—fast.

2. Even if you woke up with the crazy idea to post Reels daily… what would you even create? Most entrepreneurs don’t even know how to market themselves or their offers. And do you know how long it takes to make just one Reel? Ask my client Aimélène/ @monoasisbreathwork we had to prepare her weeks in advance just so she could feel comfortable on camera. And editing? Forget it. She has zero time for that.

3. And here’s the one that might get me in trouble: most content out there is boring. The subject is boring. The copy is boring. Even the visuals are boring. Why? Because people are talking to themselves. They never stop to ask: is this actually relevant for my audience?
That’s my rant for today.

Some of you won't like this one. That's okay.

This is the stuff I wish someone told me before I burned out trying to do things "the right way."

No fluff. No filters. Just facts.
Take what lands. Leave the rest.
But don't say no one warned you.

Program coordinators — feel free to share this with your next cohort.
