I used to think that getting my life together meant eventually reaching a place where everything would just feel easier.

Less stress. Less chaos. More time to breathe.

At 47, I’m realizing that life doesn’t necessarily slow down just because we’re doing our best to get ahead. 😅

And waiting for the perfect circumstances to start prioritizing ourselves? Well, we could be waiting forever.

One thing I’ve learned through rebuilding my life is that I can be grateful for everything I have AND still want more for myself and my children.

I can love being a mom AND need time for myself.

I can appreciate my job AND work towards a future where I have more freedom.

I can feel completely overwhelmed AND still be incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.

Two things can be true at once.

And perhaps the greatest gift I’ve given myself is learning that I don’t have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.

Some seasons are simply about doing the best we can with what we have, while trusting God with the rest. 🙏

If you’re in one of those seasons too, I hope this reminds you that you’re doing better than you think.

Who would have thought this crunchy mom would go BACK to buying packaged products?! 😂🌿

Certainly not me!

But here we are, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

I’ve always been incredibly picky about what comes into my home and what I expose my kids to. For years, that meant making my own products or spending WAY too much time researching ingredients and hunting down safer alternatives.

Not anymore!

I’ve found a company that shares my values and takes ingredient safety seriously, taking so much of the guesswork out of shopping.

And the BEST part?!

I’m saving TIME and MONEY!

No more running from store to store. No more spending hours making things from scratch. Just safer, greener, everyday essentials delivered right to my door at an incredible value.

I’ve never cared much about conforming to popular opinion.

And becoming a mother only strengthened that.

I’m not here to be liked by my kids. I’m here to love them, protect them, guide them and make decisions they’re not old enough to fully understand yet.

A colourful package, a cartoon character and clever marketing doesn’t suddenly make something good for them.

And I refuse to teach my kids that something harmful to their bodies is automatically a “treat.”

Think about that programming for a second.

How did loading our kids up with ingredients we actively try to avoid the rest of the time become a reward?

I’m not saying my kids will never eat junk food. I’m saying I’m going to be honest with them about what it is.

I’ll teach them to read labels.
To understand ingredients.
To know WHY Mom sometimes says no.
And eventually, to make informed choices for themselves.

Because protecting their health today is important.

But raising boys who understand how to protect their own health when I’m no longer making the decisions for them?

That’s the real goal.

I love them too much to simply follow what’s considered “normal.”

There was a time in my life when I didn’t have the luxury of saying yes. I was simply trying to survive.

So today, my definition of wealth looks very different.

It’s less about having more things and more about having more CHOICE.

More freedom with my time.
More presence with my boys.
More YES without asking permission first.

That’s the kind of rich I’m building. 🤍

And if you’re a mama craving more TIME, more CHOICE and more freedom in your life too, that nudge you’re feeling might just be your sign.

I was thinking about this this morning while I was moving my body…

Sometimes I need the reminder too:

No one is coming to do it for me.

And no one is coming to do it for you either.

That dream you keep thinking about?
That goal you keep saying you want?
That version of you that you KNOW is in there?

She’s waiting on YOU.

You don’t need everyone to get it.
You don’t need everyone to like it.
And you definitely don’t need their permission.

Someone will judge you.
Someone else will be completely inspired by you.

Neither are paying your bills. 😂

So dance.
Lift the weights.
Make the art.
Be a little weird.
Take up space.
Go after the thing you keep saying you want.

This is YOUR life.

And you’re the only one who can make it happen.

You absolutely can.

I spent 30 years looking for something I couldn’t find because I was searching everywhere except the one place it had been waiting for me all along.

Peace. Purpose. Belonging. Freedom.

I tried to find them in relationships, alcohol, achievement, distraction and anything else that could fill the space inside me.

Nothing ever did.

Until I found my way back to God.

My baptism wasn’t me saying I finally had everything figured out.

It was me saying, I don’t need to anymore.

I don’t need to know exactly how everything will work out. I don’t need to see the entire road ahead of me.

I just need to trust the One leading me.

And that kind of surrender has brought me more peace than control ever did.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

If you’re in a season where you have no idea how or when things are going to work out, keep going.

Sometimes faith is simply taking the next step before you can see where it leads. 🤍

And maybe, like me, what you’ve been searching for isn’t something at all.

Maybe it’s Him. 🙏🏼

I took a long, hard look in the mirror and made one of the most empowering choices of my life.

I chose to live clean.

And what happened next was incredible.

Without substances numbing me, distracting me or giving me somewhere to hide, I was finally able to take full responsibility for my life and my choices.

I started healing childhood trauma.

I walked away from a lonely, isolating relationship where I was financially dependent.

I returned to the workforce.

I built a lucrative high ticket business.

I found my way back to God.

I became financially independent.

I started prioritizing my health and fitness.

And I started a second business.

My entire life began changing when I stopped escaping it.

Today I choose clean living because I love myself and my children too much to intentionally put something into my body that I know is harming me.

Even “occasionally.”

Because for me, it wasn’t occasional anyway.

God knows exactly how many days I have on this earth. I don’t.

But I refuse to knowingly make choices that could contribute to shortening that time or unnecessarily increase my risk of preventable illness.

I want my boys to have their mom for as long as possible.

So I choose my health.
I choose sobriety.
I choose faith.
I choose responsibility.
I choose abundance.
I choose LIFE.

I’m not perfect. I’m a regular mom who decided she wanted more for herself and her children and became willing to make different choices to get there.

You want to feel good and give your body the best chance to stay healthy?

Be intentional.

Harm reduce wherever you can.

We can’t control everything we’re exposed to in this life. But the things we CAN control? Our water. Our food. The products we bring into our homes and put on our bodies. Those choices add up.

I would much rather invest in my health and wellbeing NOW than wait until something forces me to make it a priority later.

This one hits different. 🥹🤍

For YEARS I’ve invited my sister to take a look at what I was building.

The timing wasn’t right.
The vehicle wasn’t right.
It simply didn’t make sense for her.

Until now.

Today my little sister took a leap of faith on herself, and trusted me enough to take that leap alongside me.

We’re only 1.5 years apart. We spent the first 20 years of our lives growing up side by side, sharing all the beautiful, messy, hilarious parts of becoming who we are.

And now, in our 40s, we get to do life side by side again.

Except this time, we’re building.

Building toward more income.
More freedom.
More time with the people we love.
More choice over what our days actually look like.

She’s spent enough years working hard inside a system where getting ahead can feel impossible and your effort doesn’t always equal your reward.

Now she gets to build something of her own.

And I get to help her do it. 😭

THAT is what excites me most about this business.

It isn’t just about making extra money.

It’s about helping women see what they’re capable of, create more options for their lives, and maybe even build it alongside someone they already love doing life with.

My dream business partner just became my actual business partner.

And I cannot WAIT to see what we build together. 🤍

IYKYK. 😂

There are MANY things about being a mom to young boys that I know I’m going to miss one day…

But the piss ain’t one of them. 🤣

And if you’ve followed me for a while, you already know one of my favourite things about my water ionizer isn’t even the drinking water.

It’s the TWO cleaning waters it makes.

💦 2.5 pH highly acidic water, hypochlorous acid that I use for sanitizing around my home.

💦 11.5 pH highly alkaline water that works like a degreaser and detergent. I use it for everything from greasy messes to washing my produce.

Between these two waters, I’ve been able to replace so many conventional cleaning products in my home.

And THEN there’s what we actually drink…

Fresh, hydrogen rich ionized water made right in my kitchen every single day. 🙌🏼

One machine has completely changed the way I look at water in our home.
