Explore our new courses available from July to October 2026! Our Soul Foundation Courses teach dancers the fundamentals of rhythm and party dance, which constitute the core of Soul dance. We focus on developing awareness of body isolations and weight shifts while maintaining basic rhythm, essential skills often challenging for beginners. Completing Levels 1 and 2 will enable most students to enjoy and learn more effectively in open classes. Level 3 is designed for dancers who have finished Levels 1 and 2 and wish to deepen their skills.
