Today I'm officially sharing one of the coolest things I've gotten to be a part of. 🎉

I met Rebecca Fruchter-Klein through the first A La Carte book and immediately felt a connection to the cause. A few years later, she asked if I wanted to contribute a recipe. My answer was an easy yes.

My first ever published recipe is now in the A La Carte Encore Cookbook! Turn to page 110 for kibbeling, a Dutch seaside classic that's very close to my heart. It takes me back to happy times every time I make it, and I'm so happy to share it with you.

Looking for an amazing gift or a cause to support? This is it. Every book supports the Montreal Children's Hospital, and you get a collection of recipes from some of Montreal's best local chefs and restaurants. 📖

Thank you to the whole team at @alacartecookbook for this incredible opportunity. 🙏

Homemade shepherd's pie, family favorite edition 🥧🌽 The corn and potatoes in this one came straight from Quinn's Farm — you can taste the difference that fresh, local produce makes. Golden, crispy potato topping over a savory filling loaded with sweet corn... this is the kind of meal that disappears fast at our table.
Nothing beats cooking with ingredients grown just down the road. Support local, eat well. 🧡

This is a show about... blueberry muffin tops. 🫐
No plot. No conflict. Just farm-fresh blueberries from Quinn's Farm, folded into muffin tops and dropped off for the lifeguards at the pool. Kramer would burst through the door for these. George would try to steal the recipe. Newman would just be mad he didn't get one first.
Simple, easy, delicious — no soup nazi required, just good blueberries and a hot oven.
🫐🧁 Made with love (and Quinn's Farm berries) for our lifeguards.

Berry Cheesecake Cinnamon Roll Casserole 🍓🖤
Cinnamon rolls meet cheesecake meets berry cobbler — and somehow it all works. Baked with a swirl of strawberry rhubarb jam and loaded with red and black raspberries fresh from Quinn's Farm, then finished with a toasted pistachio crumble and a touch of mint.
Just 15 minutes to throw together and 30 minutes in the oven — gooey, jammy, tangy-sweet, and every bite hits different. 10/10, no notes.

🍓 Phyllo Cups, Loaded with Summer

Crispy phyllo cups filled layer by layer — silky pistachio cream, a bright strawberry rhubarb jelly, and a raspberry baklava filling that ties it all together. Finished with a drizzle of honey and chocolate, topped with a fresh raspberry.

This one's a love letter to summer produce — straight from Quinn's Farm. The best part is it's super simple to make !

Crunchy, creamy, tart, sweet — every bite hits different.

The season may be over but the delicious food wasn't. That farm fresh asparagus this year was fantastic and my last batch was a favorite of mine.

Asparagus season is HERE 🌿 and Quinn's Farm is coming through with the freshest stalks right now — straight out of the ground and onto the flat top.
Threw together a quick turkey fried rice and let the asparagus do the talking. Honestly one of those meals that just hits different when the ingredients are this fresh.
Go grab some from Quinn's Farm while it's in season — you won't regret it 🔥
