🎥🎬 MET on the WEST: The Finale

One month ago today, the final chapter of our 25-Year Reunion Weekend came to a close after 18 months of planning.

What began as an idea became a weekend we’ll never forget.

For three days, we laughed, reminisced, reconnected with classmates we hadn’t seen in decades, honored our journey, and created new memories together.

As you watch this recap, listen closely. The voices you hear are real messages left on our guestbook phone throughout the weekend. Genuine laughter, heartfelt reflections, and pure joy. They captured something photos never could: how the weekend felt.

This reunion was a masterclass in collaboration, teamwork, and execution. From the museum-inspired visuals to personalized attendee displays, every detail was intentionally designed to tell the story of how we MET on the WEST.

Special thanks to our reunion leadership trio: Nicole, Erica , and Symya, for dreaming big and bringing this vision to life.

225 Certified

My heart is still processing this weekend.

I’m exhausted. My feet hurt. My voice is gone. I probably need three days of sleep and a gallon of water. But more than anything, I’m full. Full of gratitude.

Before I get into all the reunion stories, I have to pause and acknowledge something that truly touched me. Being recognized by your peers hits differently. These are people who knew you before the titles, before the accomplishments, before life took us all in different directions.

To be voted Trailblazer, Global Nomad, Timeline MVP, and Class Connector at our 25-year reunion is something that hit you in the feels.

What makes it special isn’t the titles themselves. It’s knowing that after all these years, the class sees the work, the consistency, the miles traveled, the connections maintained, and the love poured into keeping us connected.

I’ve always believed relationships matter. This weekend reminded me that they do.

Thank you, FDHS Class of 2001, for the honor.

Thank you for trusting me with our memories, our stories, and our connections over the years.

Y’all gave me four Grammys aka Superlatives this weekend, and I had to hit yall with the Kendrick pose.
