Yes, I know it’s October 4th. Grown women run on their own time. 💗

I made a Burn Book. Grown Woman Edition.

It’s not for people. It’s for the habits that have been quietly running our lives:

🔥 Waiting on the group chat before you live your life
🔥 Saying “I’m good with whatever” until you forget what you even like
🔥 Saving the good perfume for an occasion that never comes

Somewhere in our 30s, we got really good at accommodating everybody and really bad at choosing ourselves. We’re done with that.

Somewhere between the fresh pasta and the wine, I decided this is exactly how you’re supposed to experience Venice. 🇮🇹🍝🍷

One of my favorite things I did in Venice, Italy was taking a cooking class and learning to make authentic Italian food from scratch. 10/10 experience because sightseeing is cute, but I want to DO something when I travel. 😂🤌🏾

Definitely add a cooking class to your Venice itinerary.

Tia Tried It: @SotoMethod 💦✨

My latest excuse to get out of my routine, try something new, and figure out what I actually like.

SotoMethod just opened its new Dallas studio, so I got to try a SotoSweat class before the doors officially opened and babyyyy…don’t let the cute matching set and beautiful studio fool you. WE WORKED. 😂

It gave me Pilates + cardio + a little yoga all wrapped into one very sweaty experience…and surprisingly, I’d absolutely do it again.

This season is all about trying new things without needing to know if they’re “for me” first. Sometimes you have to try it to find out. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The first time I tried champagne sabering, it was kinda tragic lol. 😅

The second time? I found myself in Venice, Italy, volunteering to do it again. This time I had the right instruction, a little more courage, and a whole lot more confidence. ⚔️🥂

Sometimes the difference between failure and success isn’t talent… it’s getting another chance.

You know your friends know you well when their predictions are all exactly the same. 😂🥂

I asked the cast of Glam Gone Wild what they expected from the night and what I’m like after two cocktails.

The verdict?

I’m apparently a party animal.
The night was going to be a good time.
And nobody expected us to be home before midnight. 😭

Honestly? Fair.

The best part wasn’t hearing the answers..it was realizing how loved I am by people who’ve seen every version of me and still happily RSVP “yes” to my shenanigans.

The planner.
The traveler.
The soft life enthusiast.
The woman who somehow turns a simple dinner into a full production. 🎬🐆✨
