Not all fine wines are built the same… Some are made to shine in 8–10 years, while others demand decades to reach their full potential.⁠

Extended lees ageing gives wines like P2 and Clos du Mesnil astonishing longevity. But after 40 years, oxidation and bottle variation are real risks.⁠
