Kitten season is still going strong, and we're seeing hundreds of kittens of all ages come through our doors every week, with no signs of slowing down.

From newborn bottle babies to playful older kittens, every one of them relies on lifesaving supplies while they wait for foster homes and forever families.

If you're able, please consider sending an item from our Kitten Wish List. Formula, nursing bottles, snuggle discs, heating pads, blankets, and other essentials make a huge difference for the kittens in our care and the amazing foster families caring for them.

🍼 Shop our Kitten Wish List via the link in our bio.

Can't donate? You can still help by sharing this post or signing up to foster kittens. We're always looking for more people to open their homes to these tiny lives.

Thank you for helping Philadelphia's smallest and most vulnerable kittens get the care they need. 💙 by @acctphilly

Aliyah is a sweet girl with an adorable "lazy ear" that makes her extra charming. She greets you with her paws up on the kennel door, sits politely for pets, and sneaks in kisses when you least expect them. Once she's outside, she's all hops and happiness, whether she's fetching a stuffed toy or chasing a big soft ball around. Cuddly, fun, and already knows "sit," Aliyah is ready to find a lap to call her own. Plus, thanks to @hillspet, adoption fees are waived through Oct 5 for eligible large dogs weighing 40+ lbs! Every adopter also receives a New Pet Parent Kit with a starter bag of Hill's Science Diet, coupons, and post-adoption tips. #hillspartner by @acctphilly

Monkey has a big curiosity for the world and a special way of melting hearts ♡

He is seeking a kind human for companionship - to adventure with and enjoy the simple things in life, like cuddling, naps, sunshine, and snacks. Maybe chase leaves, watch the birds, and take a slow sunset stroll.

Monkey is super dog-friendly and has also had positive interactions with cats. taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @acctphilly

Why choose belly rubs OR your stuffie when you could have BOTH?!

Rumble is a stuffie loving house hippo looking for someone to give him the opportunity to have a forever supply of scratchums.

Rumble landed at @acctphilly after he was left with someone by his owner. We don’t know the circumstances but we do know that Rumble is ready for his next adventure. The person who brought him to the shelter said he was “friendly and cuddly,” and his behavior at the shelter is telling the same story!

Want to meet Rumble? He’s available to adopt, foster or rescue at @acctphilly. The shelter is open daily from 10am to 6pm at 111 W Hunting Park Ave.

Meet Hubble. She's adorable, she's tiny, and, well... she may not always make the best decisions.

Our ACOs were called out for a report of a small kitten who had gotten her head stuck in a wheel hub. And when we say stuck, we mean really stuck.

Hubble was stuck well enough that our field team had to bring her back to ACCT with the wheel hub still attached. Yes, the kitten and the wheel came to the shelter. 🐱🛞

Once they arrived, our amazing medical team got to work. Hubble was safely sedated, and the team was able to successfully remove the wheel hub and free her.

Thankfully, Hubble's adventure had a happy ending. She has since been adopted into a loving home! ❤️

Huge shoutout to our field and medical teams for coming together to help this little girl out of a very unusual predicament. We're very glad Hubble is safe, happy, and hopefully making slightly better decisions these days. 🐱🛞❤️ by @acctphilly

This is Sugar (fka Sekmet). She is seeking a BFF ♡

Sugar is a laid back lady who just wants a bestie to share a bench with on a cloudy day. She'll provide the sunshine and cuddles 💛

Sugar is estimated to be 2yrs old. She was found roaming the streets by police and brought to the shelter. So we don't know much about her past home - but everything we've learned about Sugar so far tells the story of a gentle, friendly pup with alot of love to give.

Are you looking for a companion to enjoy the simple things in life with? Because Sugar is, too! ☺️

Sugar seems to be very housetrained!
